The picture quality on this tv was excellent. I was trying to decide between a 70 inch sharp and a Samsung 65 inch led the picture was a lot better on the Samsung led

I own a 46 Samsung LED and have no issues so when it came to replacing my main TV I only wanted a Samsung and went big. 65" to be exact. At first the picture looked fine until there was a dark scene, you could see this cloud that took your focus. Since I purchased the extended warranty I had it replaced and the new TV has the same problem but in a different area. I'm extremely disappointed. You spend so much money and you expect to have an amazing product but instead you get a lemon. We tried to contact Samsung and they refused to do anything about it. They claim that its normal. If I could go back in time I'd purchase another brand.

OK but poor support

The TX is great except for the fact that it will not receive NetFlix! I get the run-a-round from Samsung, Netflix, and to some extent the geek squad who told me to talk to Samsung and Netflix for help. This is not a cheap TV and I've paid for installation and set-up, and in my mind that also means Netflix. If this does resolve itself soon, I will either return the set or consider other options.

I was excited when I bought this TV. Brought it home and unpacked it. When I was unpacking I noticed the TV was not wrapped in the normal Samsung way. Also the TV was missing the remote, power cord, instruction booklet, both 3D glasses and the screen was cracked. So I guess I was sold a used display or returned TV for the new price. I took the TV back and was fully refunded my money. I have boughten 5 Samsungs from Bestbuy and I will never again.
