We bought this TV to take the place of our 52" Sony which we were moving to another room in the house. We were pleased with the Sony for the last 6 years but as soon as we turned on this new Samsung we were blown away by the quality of the picture. Also, the ease of setup was a big plus and it fit perfectly in the space we planned for it. Was a little unsure about buying Samsung as we had been long time Sony fans, but after having purchased some Samsung appliances earlier this year which we were very pleased with, we decided to give their TV a try also and to date, do not have any regrets. It is the best TV viewing experience we have ever had in our home.

I considered buying the Ultra 4K of the same size but after making a few trips to both Best Buy and "The Big Screen Store" and comparing this LED Smart 65-inch against the same size for the 4K ultra, I just didn't see a discernible difference in picture quality between the two. Moreover, there's not yet much programming in 4K so I would be investing more money in the 4K for a deferred 4K benefit at some future date, and I just didn't think it was a smart move. In the end, i settled for the LED Smart and I'm happy i did. The picture quality is outstanding, the size is great for our basement theater room, my family loves it and my boys are having a ball with the smart feature which works very well. And, we saved a bundle on sale compared to what we would've paid for the 4K. We're very pleased! Did I also say that the Best Buy salesperson was as good as anyone would expect. he was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy.

Samsung. This 65 inch TV is excellent, I have no complaints. The picture is outstanding and the Smart Hub is easy to use a fast enough it's not frustrating. I considered a smaller 4k TV and I have no regrets selecting this on. The features are complete and it even has decent sound. Best Buy. I purchased a Sharp that had issues (rebooting every 15 minutes). They handled the exchange in the store, picked up the TV I returned (including repacking it) and unpacked and set up the Samsung. Best Buy was great to work with.

So I really wanted a 4k but after alot of looking I settled on this TV. Great price and the picture is very good. Obviously it's not 4k good but they were just to expensive. Only really problem is 2 HDMI ports but I can handle that. IRead sound wasn't the best but I use a surround so that didn't bother me. If you are looking for a non 4k TV at a very good price I'd look at this one.

Great Tv and a great buy. Excellent picture and very easy to set up. Smart functions are wonderful. Samsung Smart Tv's are the only Tv's we have in our house and we have four of them now-all from Best Buy.

I used to love Sony TV's but I only buy Samsung TV's now. They are always my 1st choice or recommendation to friends and family. One of the best features of this Smart TV is that I can stream movie files (MP4, MKV) from my Windows 10 PC directly to the TV. I can also play them from a USB flash drive that I plug into the back. It would have been nice to have a USB port on the side of the TV but this isn't really an issue for me. It may be for someone that hangs the TV on the wall though. Mine sits on the stand instead. The stand does NOT swivel.

I love this TV. Great picture and sound. Easy to set up. My rating is missing a star because I feel like this TV is missing some features. I can't adjust the picture to be able to see everything, sometimes phone numbers and other information is off the screen. This is probably due to my broadcast company, but I don't like that I can't fix it. It's also cumbersome to find and add apps. I'd still buy it again though.

So far, I absolutely love the TV! The Smart hub has so many options, and the picture is great, and it is very user-friendly.

I bought this TV for my parents and they're quiet happy with the picture quality. I think the only down side of this TV has been the lack of multiple HDMI ports. Having only TWO HDMI ports limits the amount of devices you can connect to this TV.

The picture quality is really good. Crisp and clear. The sound quality is much better than the Shap's 65 inch TV. I may have to buy a sound bar or additional speakers to fill the room with sound, but the sound is ok for now. The Smart tv and wifi capabities work well. The only thing I would like to see added to this TV is an "art mode", where the TV can be set to display art. For example, the fearure that some TVs have where it can show a painting or photo. This way the TV doubles as a type of wall painting. Overall a much better value than the Shap TV that I had to retune due to poor quality and defects.

Doesn't have all of the bells and whistles, but that's not what i wanted to pay for. I wanted a dependable and great TV for a great price. I got just that. The menu is easy to use, the Smart Hub is awesome. The picture is awesome! Love this TV.

Only downfall is that it only has 2 HDMI ports. Other than that it is a great TV with great picture quality. Did I say that it was great?

Purchased the TV to use in my shop/man cave. Did not need the latest and greatest. That being said the picture is great, clear and bright. Smart features work well and I added a sound bar so the sound is good now also

I love this TV! I'm glad I decided to just get a smart TV and avoid the 3D and 4k craze... 3D is Jay dumb and the 4k, although very nice, is not worth the price at this time. I'll get a 4k uhd TV for my next one u suppose. For now, I'm very happy with this TV.

This 65" tv projects a nice clean picture. It was easy to set up and program for use. Would recommend this for anyone looking at a reasonable price tv that delivers a nice picture.

Very clear picture and love the sports mode. Don't use tv apps

Great picture and easy to set up. Have to make sure to remove the energy savings feature to ensure tv is not dimming automatically with back light

We bought this TV as a Christmas present for my mother. The TV has a great picture and the sound is good. My parents are very satisfied with it. It was easy to set up and program.

Has a great picture the apps are very user friendly. I also have the same tv that is 60" that I purchase last year

This is our second Samsung HDTV and we are so pleased! We purchased a 64.5 diagonal screen and the picture is fantastic. TV was easy to mount on wall rack, and easy to connect to Directv . Don't forget to pick up an HDMI cord!
