Out of box experience was not good! The bezel is very thin and subjective to fingerprinting on the screen and stainless steel like bezel! Strong glare from the screen! The one connect feature is also somewhat bothersome. I have in wall cables and had to re route all the media cables less the media connect and power cable! This means I have to make room for yet another media box on my mantle! Ps4, cable box, wii, a soundbar, and this new box with all the connections! Ok.... So the picture is great!!! 3D is very good on initial set-up and testing! I'm going to give it a week and see if it's worth the physical inconvenience of the tv!!

Lacks true high dynamic range but hardly noticeable..

We've had the 4K TV for two weeks. The Samsung remote in the box didn't work. Chris from Geek Squad had to come out and then go to a Best Buy store and replace it. The picture is great however the screen is like a mirror. We have it in our family room and now need to buy blackout window coverings. We have wood blinds and you can see the light on the screen during the day. Very disappointing and I'm surprised that I didn't see this mentioned. The TV is great at night. however it definitely needs to be in a dark room for best viewing. The Best Buy sales staff was weak about 4K products. The Best Buy sub contractor delivery team needs to be trained on how to respect furniture as they scratched our TV stand. Overall the delivery experience was not a good one with the remote not working and careless delivery team.

This TV has excellent video, but could use better sound

don't really use the voice command but love the tv, Hate the mini one connect box because the wire from the tv to the box is too short and can not purchase a longer one, It needs to be at least 10 ft. We are unable to wall mount this tv because of this ;0(

TV was delivered, and although the power light was on, there was no picture or sound. After several days of dealing with a frustrating customer service department at Samsung, we returned the television, and bought a Sony. We are much happier now.
