Physically the tv is nice and thin and has good design however the picture is very subpar. It does have good color and detail while viewing still images but I think everything I watch on tv has motion, and it does not handle fast motion very well when watching sports or action movies. I have used many sources such as spectrum, online streaming, blue ray, and national broadcast channels. The menu hub is terrible. It is very laggy and is not very user friendly. Wanted to love the tv however I wish I could return it and would not recommend it and probably will never purchase another Samsung tv ever.

great picture i had an older sony xbr still works great! put it in bed room new samsung 9000 in living room added samsung ubd - k8500 ultra hd bul-ray player awsome.can't be happier. the one box set-up is easy and works great.

This TV is amazing! I thought about buying a cheaper TV. I'm so glad I went with the 65 " the picture has amazing quality. 4k has the most realistic picture I've ever seen. For the price I feel like it was a great purchase.

The entire experience, from store sales person, the information on the product made available, the pricing, the delivery and installation...it was all great. I am very impressed with the quality of people employed.

Very thin, and well made. Very easy to operate and coupled with Dish network, we love to watch it all the time. The Geak Squade did an excellent job install it and connecting all my audio and video equipment.

Can't say enough about this beauty. Compared all and this was the absolute best on display. Coupled with Sony receiver and installed by Geek Squad. All went smoothly and performance of everything is great.

Picture and color definitely a big upgrade from the 6000 series! Open box discount was the best too. Wish they had a 70" however this looks great on the wall! Love the Samsung product. No problems so far.

This is the top of the line at the time, and it has preformed beautifully. The only thing I didn't like was the hookups for the HDMI and USB connections, I would think they could have been easier to use

Much lighter then my 5 yr old Samsung that cost almost three times as much as this one. The picture is amazing. I was able to use a 65" tv where a 55" one used to fit. The bezel was that much smaller.

Purchased this after first selecting a Samsung model of similar price. Was very unhappy with the Samsung so was able to return it and then selected this Sony. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is an awesome TV. It links up well with all my other devices. Only downside is that it didn't work with my old surround sound that used AV plugs.

Spectacular picture quality it is very bright and colorful and while playing video games it feels very responsive. Also the TV does justice to sports as well and can keep up with even the fastest plays

Purchased this tv and the depth of color and contrast between light and dark is phenomenal. Setup was extremely easy with all peripherals including sound bar, gaming consoles and satellite receiver.

This is my first TV purchase in about 10 years and I did a lot of research. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. The picture is pretty good now, but I expect (and hope) it to get even better once we start having more 4K/HDR content.

I chose best buy because of the value and services offered. before I finally decided to buy I did extensive research and in this case the total package led me buy this TV at Best Buy again.

I did a bunch of research and decided this was the best tv for me. The picture and colors are incredible. The 240 refresh rate gives you the best picture while watching sports. Highly recommmed

this is a great replacement from my old hd sony bravia. took a little bit to figure out settings and the UHD stuff buy overall it is great for our great room. clarity is out of this world. once all the updates are in place it just keeps getting better. blacks are good and just right.,

Needed a TV with brightness and clarity for a visually challenged person. This TV displays brilliant color and does not inhibit viewing or go dark with "true black" like so many will.

This TV has excelent viewing, with beautiful colors. Friends complained about the small remote, but I really learved to love it.
