Seems to be a great TV

Curvature adds great depth to programs, especially nature programs. And if you have a Samsung phone, the pairing and control from the phone is flawless. Very happy with BB and purchase.

The sales representatives were great even though thet were busy.Best buy has always been my place for electronics .I recomend the product and Best Buy.

Amazing product great features

If you don’t own a smart TV you’re absolutely missing out. Looking to purchase another Samsung smart TV to put in my other room

Defective design

Was completely satisfied UNTIL a small hairline crack appeared, wiped the screen thinking it was a piece of hair, then it immediately became a full vertical crack. Turns out these sets have a problem with thermal expansion due to the fact it's a flat glass display, which is stressed in order to achieve the curve. Geek squad was not helpful, lousy actually, the first three calls. Samsung don't care. They all claim it's physical damage, even though it's internal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. On any curved set, any Samsung product, or the geek squad warranty.

Only complaint I have is the during some parts of the day there is a major glare on the tv. But other then that the 4K looks amazing on the curved display
