    This was a gift for my father he loved till he had to use it to watch local channel which is not simple especially for older people, other than that he seemed to like it.

    It's what experts call an entry-level TV. It's a good option if you don't want to spend a lot. The picture quality isn't excellent but it's not bad, and the software is good.

    The TV is pretty good but from the beginning would have random moments of freezing/glitching. But overall it is good and my Husband loves his new TV.

    Not a bad TV for the price. Wish the color was a bit more crispy. Hates the remote because it doesn't have a speaker button. Otherwise satisfied with purchase

    Tv was broken out of the box in the left corner I spoke with Ruth over the phone and she was off no help my daughters birthday gift is ruined

    Opened out of the box and won't come on. Will have to deal with Samsung directly, can't return to best buy, because its past 15 days. I bought for my husband for fathers day, then we went on vacation, so we didnt open immediately.

    Bought this TV on April 18 and now on August 20 it has the lines running down that say there’s a bad internal panel. The thing lasted an entire four months. What a piece of junk I guess he get what you pay for.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung DU6900 TV and for sharing your experience with your TV not displaying properly. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

      1. If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections

      2. If the issue persists, define precisely what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, and fixed horizontal or vertical lines.

      3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?

      4. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?

      5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)

      6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception
