Amazing tv and great price. We had an issue with connecting to wifi. Make sure tv and wifi is on the correct WPA. We figured it out and now it’s smooth

I’d been watching this tv with the other competitors and finally purchased it before the recent superbowl. I love the smartness of this tv. It’s like a big computer. It has a fantastic picture quality and functions. I am a fan of Samsung tv. It replaces my Samsung 55 inch that is 8 years old and still works fine. There’s nothing like a smart tv and seems like the competitors are copying it. A lot of functions are available. Samsung is my 1st choice over other brands.

I love the Samsung TV's they really have a beautiful crystal clear image. Very interactive and easy to use menu. Many options available to stream on their regular TV menu app.

What I absolutely hated about my VRR TCL was during certain action scenes, you could see black lines that surrounded the moving objects, which was HUGELY distracting and IMO ruined the scenes! Yet this 60hz Cheaper Sammy DU7200 looks AMAZING without those distracting halos, and the Q symphony combination with my Samsung 7.1.2 soundbar makes my home theater immersion ultra realistic! I will never buy anything other than Samsung ever again! Thank you Best Buy!!!u

I had purchased other brands and returned them 3xs Best Buy was extremely helpful with each return I returned them because of picture quality but the Samsung picture is extremely clear, sound quality great and everything about the purchasing process has been easy employees loaded tv into my vehicle every time and were so helpful giving me advice on how to carry it in my home and set it up. Certainly worth every penny and I am frugal about my money .

I purchased an open box 65" Samsung. I was skeptical at first. Only after 2 weeks I opened the box, set up the TV, registered via my Google email account and plugged it in. With no batteries in the remote, no manual guide to operate the remote. The TV has a beautiful "crisp" picture, the sound is great, and was very happy with my purchase.

Wonderful tv! I went from a Samsung 45” to this size because I wanted to be able to see the guide more clearly and WOW this tv did not disappoint! Super clear and wonderful vivid colors! I feel like I’m at the movie theatre! Set up was a breeze too. I did curbside pick up and they took it to my car for me. Thanks Best Buy!

I’ve bought Samsung TV’s in the past and always been pleased with the quality & picture. To be honest I don’t use the included apps or connect the TV to the Internet. I use an Apple TV 4K streaming box. Plus the privacy concerns setting up accounts with manufacturers doesn’t sit well with me so the TV itself stays off the grid.

Just got my TV set up Monday and give me a while to figure it out setting up the station channels, give me a while to figure out how to turn it up and down on the sound but I did so far so good on the way the picture looks and how it's working, still kind of working on the smart part. I would recommend it

This TV has a great picture, but the “smart part” doesn’t work very well. We got it set up easy enough, but immediately started having problems being able to access apps and simple functions were hard to access with the remote. After an hour on the phone with Samsung, we rebooted the TV and the remote, but still couldn’t access apps and still had trouble with basic functions. Samsung ordered a replacement remote. The next morning the remote started working right inexplicably. I think the problem is most likely the Tiezen Smart System. I run into occasional glitches where I have to reboot the TV to get an app to work right and the new smaller remote makes it difficult to perform normal streaming functions. There are menu options to various shortcuts buried in the built in on screen menu, but I don’t think I should have to do a deep dive to do routine streaming viewing. The set this one replaced was a 4 year old Samsung that had started turning itself on and off in the middle of the night and the remote wasn’t working properly. We bought another Samsung thinking it was an anomaly. Funny thing was, I tried rebooting the TV and Remote like I did on the new one, and voila, it is working fine now and the “more complicated” remote is much easier to operate than the new one is. It is also “powered by Tiezen”. The other Samsung set is of similar features, but is not Tiezen powered. It works fine still…

I recommend ensuring your Firmware is up to date. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

Great picture and sound. Easy set up and use. I have had this tv for over a month and had literally 0 problems with it! It even has two different options as to where the feet go in case you need to make them more narrow or to widen them.
