The floor salesman was very helpful throughout my decision and purchase process. User friendly installation instructions. Great picture and sound quality. I am more than satisfied with my Samsung product purchase from Best Buy.

This replaced a rear projection TV, that had a decent picture and was connected to a Bose Soundbar. The picture improvement is obviously a huge factor in satisfaction. It was also super simple to connect the add on components.

We replaced am older big screen with this larger smart TV and have been amazed at the picture difference. We have only had the TV a couple of weeks but have found it easy to set up and use. The price point was also amazing, I have not seen anyone come close to the price we found at Best Buy

I love my new tv, the picture is fabulous and the apps work great. It also has good sound quality. With the Samsung app I can run the tv with my iPhone. The only thing I would change is that it only has 2 hdmi ports.

I was a little leery leaving Sony but after much research & finding that the Big 3 (Samsung, Sony, LG) were basically neck & neck in the picture department, depending on some random features that you may or may not prefer. I am glad I took a shot in the dark with my Samsung. I'm your basic, guy that just wants a nice TV & at a reasonable price. I don't get too caught up in certain features or needing to have the best & newest technology no matter the price. So for me, this TV has been perfect. The Smart features are great & navigating through my apps & connected devices is painless. Turns on super quick, which I wasn't expecting. & turns off like an eye closes, kinda neat. Two pointless things to take into account but I find them neat.

Wanted a larger TV for our living room and the sale price on this was unbeatable. Was easy to set up and connect to wi-fi. Fantastic picture and I love the settings to adjust the kind of picture you want.

this is a great 4K TV to buy. only you don't care for HDR and all that new technology. the things that really annoy me the most that for this price you only get 3 HDMI port. I wish there are more port.

I purchased this 65” TV. HD is almost 3D. Bright colors with definition of objects and adjustable sound. Settings are easy to adjust. Easy to add external features such as Bose speakers and Xbox.

Absolutely the best for the price. Superior picture, sound and great / easy smart tv interface. The only draw back is the number of HDMI inputs (2). Other than that, this TV is incredible!

The picture of this Samsung TV is amazing, there's nothing better for this price. Only complain would be that the TV doesn't have a Bluetooth option to link my Bose Sound link Speaker

Purchase this TV of course during Black Friday. Love the smart TV features, vivid colors, and details in the pictures. Moved up from a Samsung 42in to 65in, loving it! Wish remote had functions to talk while using internet or other browsing features.

Really enjoying this product so far. Great picture quality and easy set up and navigation. Only reason for not 5 stars is that there are only 2 HDMI ports, but that’s obviously a personal opinion wanting more since you can only watch one at a time.

Love the features of my new TV. Excellent picture and sound. No HDR, but no complaints. Have another Samsung with HDR, but didn't need for other room, and not sorry for my decision.

The tv is really nice, has a great clear picture. The only downside is that it doesn't have Bluetooth capabilities, we purchased a sound bar and were really shocked that it didn't have this feature on the tv to connect the sound bar wirelessly.

This is my first 4k uhd t.v. and I love it. Great picture and easy to use. Only complaint is I could not find a tutorial on how to refine the picture for this certain t.v. Not the worst complaint but I felt that it should of been said.

We got this for the Black Friday price and it is really wonderful the set up was easy and the 4K is stunning. Felt a little bit like I’d never seen a movie before this.

It's a good TV. Only 2 HDMI ports, but can't expect much more from a TV made specifically for Black Friday (as a door buster). User friendly and easy to set up the smart TV features. Would like to see how it looks with a 4K movie.

TV has great picture and was very easy to set up. The black Friday price was tremendous. I wasn't going to buy a tv but I couldn't refuse the Samsung brand and price

I’ve only had it for 2 weeks but it has excellent picture and the smart functions are user friendly for a tech deficit person like me. Price was definitely worth it

Great TV for the price. Sharp image, bright backlight LED display makes the picture saturated with color and detail. Was not disappointed and would buy it again.
