The sound and picture are great! No it's not as good as a 8000+ series $1500+ TV, but for a 65", $750 4k TV, it's a great deal and the average consumer will be more than satisfied. I changed the settings a little to make the picture a little more clear/crisp. Put in the blue ray movies I also bought on Black Friday and I was extremely happy with what I saw. Coming from a 7 year old regular 40" 1080 Westinghouse, this Samsung TV blew it away. If I watched TV more and needed more than one TV I'd definitely buy a 2nd or 3rd for the bedrooms, but the one is enough for the living room.

Overall the TV is great. Picture is great, everything came in perfect condition. There is a glare when the windows are open. And there are only two HDMI ports. Which is not very many. Other than that I have no complaints.

This tv is the perfect size. Not too big and not too small! The picture quality is great! Sound is great! Easy to hook up and use. Purchased this tv on black Friday and it was a great deal. Definitely worth the money!!!

The tv picture is vivid, clear, and beautiful. If using non HDMI devices, you may have problems with connection with this tv. Otherwise this tv is terrific.

The TV quality is so clear and the colors are so vibrant. It is my first 4k TV so I'm extremely happy with this purchase. Also, very easy to set up and use.

Top of the line screen for a middle of the road price. Crisp images and easy to navigate. Only has 2 HDMI ports so might want to buy a splitter like I did.

The TV was delivered as what was scheduled when being ordered. It was delivered safely and gently. I was called one day before the TV would be delivered and was called again in about 10 min when it was delivered. I just asked the movers to leave it in the entrance of my house and I opened it myself. Generally, the box is easy to be opened as long as you follow the instruction printed on the box. When the TV was powered on, everything looked okay and the picture quality was satisfying to me. I have been using the TV for a couple of days, no problem comes out.

By far the best tv you can get for the money. Got this on Black Friday for $750. First off I think Samsung makes the best TVs. Truly believe there picture quality and color is superior to all Other brands. Second 65’’ 4K for $750 with HDR+ you result cannot beat that deal. It’s not an OLED tv but still those are $3999-$4999 if you get curved. TV, Netflix, HBO nothing is really broadcasted in 4K so buying the higher tv is kinda worthless cause you cannot optimize the use of the tv but this tv with everything it comes with for $750. Best deal alive.

I've had my TV for a couple of wks now and I love the sharpness of the picture. It is also very user friendly when surfing through the wifi apps.

This TV makes everything look like your right there in the picture. It's clear, sharp, and movies are amazing on it. Great price, great product.

It was a great buy for our living room where now we don't have to crane our necks or sit at an odd angle to get a full view of TV. it fits our living room space and doesn't look huge and doesn't overpower the room space. Being smart TV you can access Netflix web you tube if you are connected to web. The ease where you can navigate between the apps and channel

It is a great deal for the price. It is an entry level UHD tv, and worth the price for the features it offers. It has only 2 HDMI ports, and that can be limiting, but my input comes through a receiver.

I cannot give this television a 5 star rating due to the fact that there are only 2 HDMI inputs. However, if you don’t have a ton of connections to the television, it is a rather exceptional picture.

Picture shows perfect! BUT only 2 HDMI outlets in back and stand is steady but makes me worrisome in the future...well just don't slide it.

I have been debating purchasing such a big television, however after buying 3 Samsung televsions last Thaksgiving for the 3 bedrooms, and liking the sound and picture; I decided to buy the 65 inch for the entertainment room. It will be ideal with the L shaped recliner sofa, and will be the focus of a great new lounging space in my home. The price was exceptional, as I have been comparing for almost 3 years now, and have found Best Buy to be the leader in customer service, prices, variety, and most importantly quality products.
