nice picture but it developed a light colored stain on the screen

Purchased this 4k hd tv. After reviewing it for a day I was unhappy with the quality of the picture. I went into the store and spoke with the salesman. He explained to me that this is a "special" holiday buy and if lesser quality than the ones they regularly sell!! I returned the tv.

We should have listened to the Best Buy salesman who told us that the picture would be a bit fuzzy and sports would be slow. He was so right!! We set up the tv-it was painful to the eyes. We returned it the next day and bought a Sony Bravia.....much better.

Only had it for a day so I can't speculate on longevity, but it's great! I only gave it four stars because I think the TV is a little quiet. I can only hope it lasts as long as our last samsung flat panel, got a good 10 years out of it!

Ended up returning this for a Sony. “Source” button didn’t work and the TV wouldn’t connect to the internet or recognize anything plugged into the HDMI Ports, except HDMI1. BBuy was out of stock on this television. Went for the upgrade.

I was expecting a 2hr set-up due to lack of technical knowledge. This TV took me 10min and 5 min of that was opening the box. I love everything about it.

Not to small. Not to big. It really fits well with any medium-large living room. The Smart TV capabilities make it one of the most advanced TVs money has to offer.

I've looked forward to a Samsung 65" flat screen TV purchase for quite awhile. Best Buy had the selection and price to make the purchase easy. This TV is great!

Geek Squad (two people) took alot of time to istall and setup the TV. They also explained the operation of the TV to me. I could not ask for better service.

This is a great 4K tv for the price. However, I have not noticed much of a difference from HD to 4K. Other more expensive models, you can notice a difference. But if you are in the market for a large HD tv, this is it.

I bought this TV for my parents. The first TV had some issues but Best Buy (who did the install) came right out and swapped out TV’s. My folks love the Smart TV and I get less calls on how to make “The Netflix” work!

This is a very good tv for its price point. The only thing I wish it had was wireless surround sound. Unfortunately, I have to connect my sound bar to the tv with a cable. Outside of that. I love it otherwise.

I’ve had this tv for over a year and can’t beat the performance for the price. Can’t envision purchasing another tv that’s not Samsung!!

My husband and I purchased this TV after many hours of shopping around for the perfect one. We love the size, and quality. It has great resolution!!

This is a giant TV. With incredible display and quality. However, the apps have constant connectivity issues, being on WIFI or hardwired to the internet. It's a constant problem, hence the low review rating.

I am not a fan of this tv, the picture is so clear you can see how fake everything is. Almost like you're watching a tv show live, in person. Only good things to watch are sports because they are live.

Previous TV's are all manufactured by Samsung and this one takes the cake! The picture resolution and clarity is awesome! Set up was a snap!

I got this TV Deal on Black Friday, is perfect for nextflix or blu ray. Is a little heavyweight but the TV has great image 4K LED screen.
