Purchased this TV in 2017 and 14 months after it stopped working (right after the 1 year warranty expired). TV would not turn on after several clicks of the power button or the power button on the back. When the TV is on, it the mute symbol flashes continuously. Called Samsung to get a repair guy out to take a look at it after they tried troubleshooting it remotely but did but the appointment was cancelled without notice. Emailed Samsung and did not get a response. I would not recommend Samsung for a TV.

Purchased this TV and it is not as good as any old TV in my house. I am returning it and purchasing a Sony that is more expensive, but hopefully better.

The TV is nice overall, but the sound quality is lacking. There is quite a delay when pausing the TV and then resuming again.

Samsung is a very good brand and I like it, for this one in particular picture is not so great, but it is a nice tv for that price.

This is a crazy crazy deal for a 65 inch 4K tv from an elite brand. And there are only 2 elite brands. Samsung and Sony. Sony TVs have better images pretty much across the board but you pay a HUGE premium, in this case three times the price. I have been watching House of Cards streaming over WiFi since I bought this tv on thanksgiving and it is truly stunning. If you have more than 2 hdmi sources I recommend an Av receiver, at this size you’re clearly serious about your experience....step up and stop listening to the internal speakers that physics alone necessitate are nothing like a real speaker. If you have no way or intention of getting a sound system connected to this tv that will provide more hdmi inputs, get a signal sensing hdmi switch. They aren’t expensive and even after buying one I’m pretty sure you will have a better deal than any other setup on the market. A switch could add simplicity too in that you can then just one cable to the tv. If you put your sources in a cabinet or closet, that’s way better than needing to run 3 or 4 hdmi cables over what may be a significant distance. This is an insane deal on a tv that has a fantastic image.

Only had the TV a few days, but as far as picture quality goes, it's excellent! Tested out some 4K UHD content and it is ridiculous. Looks soooo sharp. I'm sure the pricier TVs have more calibration options or something, but I can say this TV is really nice. The stand has a little wobble to it, but I want to say that's intentional so if the TV is bumped it won't tip. It's definitely not going anywhere. The bottom of the stand has a rubber non -slip material so there is no slide. Overall, I'm really happy. The true test is just reliability. Hoping it lasts a long time! A great buy!

Was great for 18 months. Was not used very often, a few times a month. Went to turn it on and was completely dead. No standby light, nothing. Model number on top back of TV, horrible location, considering most people hand on the wall.

I was originally leaning towards the 70" Sony that BB had in it's BF ad for $1199. Then I saw this one for several hundred less and only 5" smaller. I want an Xbox One X also, and with the lower price I paid for this TV, I'll be able to get the the One X and still only be at what I was going to pay for the Sony. The picture of this TV is MIND BLOWING. The colors and detail are almost too much for your brain to process! I have played COD WWII on it and now my Son and I are watching "Boss Baby", and there has been ZERO motion blur. ZERO. I never used the internal speakers, because I have a top of the line sound bar, so I can't comment on the speakers, but most people own a sound system anyways. The setup was simple. As for screen glare, it has a matte screen, and I have it in a very bright room due to a large window and the glare is minimal. Overall, this was one of the best purchases I have ever made, and I have no regrets choosing this TV over the Sony. I can't wait to get the One X and have true full 4K.

This TV will not connect to my home theater system. The Arc system did not work from day one. The TV would also find my stereo system and cable box on some occasions and other occasions it would not show up on the input icons. Took this TV back for a Sony and have not had any problems since. Disappointed too cuz I liked Samsung TVs in years past

I am replacing a 109lbs 50" Plasma from 2007. The picture is great. Yes, It may not be the great and latest OLED TV, but for $750 it is a steal. We are currently watching a Polar Express on blu-ray and I can not believe the difference. Get it on sale and you will not regret it. I am really impressed.
