After 5 hours of viewing the television, it turned off automatically and would not turn back on. Customer service told us to take it back. I recommend buying a Sony.

Picture quality not great and wifi connection POOR

We had this tv less than a month, picture quality was not great but was ok for price. The wifi would not stay connected, called samsung on 5 different occasions and none of the
their solutions resolved the issue. I was told to use a ethernet cable! One of the main reasons for my purchase was to have a smart tv. Thankfully Best Buy worked with me and i returned the tv and purchased a Sony!

Samsung TV software/firmware issues with Netflix

Netflix connection is intermittent. I have been debugging this issue for months. The TV gets into an infinite loop retrying the connection. If you power off and come back a half hour later it often works. I now have a PC connected to the same port and have observed Netflix working fine from PC but not from TV. Contacting Samsung tech support was not any help. Also there are no software updates. Stay away from Samsung TVs if you want trouble free operation.

Wi-Fi will not stay connected to network. Go online and look at other peoples reviews on this TV everyone's having issues with Samsung TVs not staying connected to the internet. I'm taking the TV back. I'm not dealing with a smart TV that's not smart. Samsung should take care of this issue but it seems they don't care.
