Support is disappointing

The picture is good enough, but the support has been disappointing. I have been unable to clone my iPad and Samsung does not provide adequate support. E.g., a couple chat sessions have ended after the support person ignored me for more than 1/2 hour.

It's mediocre

It lacks the ability to add external devices for input or output features. I was told that i could addon certain bluetooth devices which is partly true. I found out later that if the remote is not bluetooth then the option is invalid.
