Excellent TV for the price. Sound quality is great. Only down side is the remote is not the best.

We increased the size of the TV in our living room from a 50" to a 65" Samsung. The as become the focal point from all locations. There is not a dead spot. We have since upgraded the mount, the internet speed to accommodate all the options available. Lastly, the Geek squad installed the new TV and system. Great job in wiring, routing and teaching us about the new features in the new TV. Its is truly awesome and blows us away.

Everything works great. The picture quality and sound quality are good and it's easy to operate.

It’s a good TV for the price with good picture but I didn’t realize it only had 2 HDMI ports which was odd to me. It also doesn’t come with the small Samsung remote that controls everything which i also found odd because I was under the assumption all of the new ones did

The picture is STUNNING! So easy to get this in our smaller SUV and set up was super easy too!

The colors are great, the different modes make it perfect for action movies or video games. The energy saver settings work great for me since I tend to leave the tv on in the background. Autooff with a timer is a great feature. I like that the TV could connect to my alexa and so I can change the channel simply with voice command. there’s no cons I’ve experienced yet and this was purchased dec 2018

While it looks great with it's 4K UHD and the set up is quite easy; in operation, the device needs some work. After a while, it will lose sound (if you're channeling sound through a HDMI receiver) and you'll have to turn it off and/or unplug it. Since it's usually in a state of "on" (to allow for smart devices to wake it), turning it off isn't always a hard reboot. Unplug and wait 60sec and then the sound will resume. Similar issue with internet connection. When turning it on, you'll find it gives a pop up that it couldn't find your wifi/wired network, and gives you an option to troubleshoot. Even going through the troubleshooting guide won't help you. Power off, power on, and you'll be fine. Forget calling support. They've done hard resets and lost all setting, but doesn't fix the issue. A firmware fix is needed, but they've moved on to 'better' TVs. So that won't happen.

My daughter and I took it out of the box and it was easy to set up. It has a great picture.

Unfortunately only has 2 HDMI ports and no analog ports, but an amazing TV for the price.
