I've had Samsung products for quite some time now and this TV does not disappoint. It has a great picture quality for the price point and the clarity is better than my previous TV that was maxed out at 1080P resolution. This 4K resolution is definitely noticeable in it's difference. Side by side in the store you can see a difference between the four Q series TV's but once you get it home it's hard to notice that this one doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the upper models. Overall there is good color and clarity.

Bought this TV at a ridiculously good price, made even better by the application of rewards points. The TV itself was pretty easy to set up, simple plug-and-play matter, hardest part was hanging it on the wall, which has nothing to do with the TV itself of course. There are a number of apps from all of the popular streaming platforms, navigation is also a bit tricky, moving from app to the home/or cable output, but this was resolved after more familiarity was developed. Overally a great TV for a great price.

Awesome TV that is easy to program and operate right out of the box plenty big in my living room. Colors are easy to adjust for night vs day or how you want the tc to look. Honestly I tried changing the colors and just like the standard set up. There are a lot of apps u can download once connected to the internet. Set up was easy. Will work with Appl TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney and Hulu just to name a few.

This is an awesome TV. The picture is great and the remotes and smart features are very easy to use. Best Buy Geek Squad install was phenomenal. We had them mount the TV to my wall and it looks great. Very patient with my questions. Did not make me feel rushed at all. They didn't leave until I fully understood how to use the TV and answer any other little questions I have.

I purchased this TV toward the end of 2020. For the most part, the TV has been a pleasure. There are some hinky connectivity issues on occasion, but most of the time it's a lovely TV. The remote is one of the pared down versions which is fine for the most part although there are some features I find more annoying and/or baffling, so I ignore those. The issue has been over the past few weeks (it is now 4/19/22). While watching TV, suddenly the TV goes dark and says there is a network issue. I have a smaller Samsung as well which has always had these kinds of issues, but not this one. It has been happening nearly every other day for the past three weeks—VERY annoying. I also have a computer and VOIP phone connected to the SAME network. Everything else has been working just fine when I get this message on my TV—which clearly indicates that there isn't a network issue within my household. Tonight I attempted to reconnect to the network and got many failed messages saying that I was entering the wrong password—which I was NOT. I attempted to contact Samsung support directly and was migrated over to some third party technician site that I was expected to pay for. Since EVERY OTHER piece of technology in my house is working, how is this not proof that it is a Samsung issue? Fix your network Samsung and manage your own support!!! signed a VERY loyal and presently dissatisfied customer.

Had to return it. Screen came unglued on left side and started bowing outward. Fortunately it happened within the 15 day return period. Before that, image quality was good. Sometimes greyish blacks but a sharp picture. Sound quality from tv speakers is ok. Replaced with a 65 inch LG OLED CX series. Double the price, but well worth it. Major annoyance: no source/input button on the remote. Switching inputs requires you go through the home screen then to source then select the source. 5 to 10 button presses.

Love this TV! Easy setting it up and looks great mounted on the wall. Samsung does a great job with ease of use, and getting the best picture possible. Sound was surprisingly clear, although I use the Bluetooth to connect to my audio system. Zero complaints so far, but I’d advise upgrading to best internet speeds you can get to take advantage of the 4K display.

Purchased this Samsung because our LG was giving us trouble. So happy we did. The picture quality is outstanding. It looks great on the wall of our living room. And being a smart TV everything is easy to access right through the TV with just one remote control. We debated on which brand to get and the features,appearance and price of the Samsung sold us Great TV!!!

Although I was not happy when a baseball thrown by a 3 year old broke our old TV, it ended up being a happy accident. I love our new TV! The colors are bright and the screen is perfect from end to end. This TV is SMART and very easy to set up and use. I struggled choosing it after researching many, many choices, but I believe I made the right choice.
