The tv view is amazing and clear. Volume on the tv without the speakers sounds like im in the movies.

The TV picture quality itself is fantastic. Speakers are great. However, the Samsung TV OS “Tizen” is so god awful it isn’t even funny. It took me 2 days to set the TV up with multiple factory restarts that would sometimes just not work. After all that, I got a slow and unresponsive menu that barely worked and had random stuff playing at max volume. Incredible amount of bloat and then it randomly stopped working (the OS). I got a Roku ultra, took 5 minutes to setup, and is unironically maybe 10x as fast as the Samsung TV OS. This also isn’t a rare issue, there are plenty of online threads about this garbage OS.
I would highly recommend getting another brand if you don’t want to splurge on an external device to have the TV not be garbage.
TLDR: TV looks fantastic, sounds fantastic, software is horrible and it’s basically required to have an external device.

I'm sure the TV is great, but I've had it for well over a month now and have had at least 5 different people (who know what they are doing; because I have no clue) to my home to try and get it set up with Alexa and so far no one has been able to succeed. This is largely why I bought this TV, because my 10 year old TV stopped working with Alexa. I have been back to Best Buy at least twice and still have no answers.
