Customer Ratings & Reviews

This tv adopt to everything i conect it to and for the price it surprizing me yes i love all samsung product but also love lg to i brought both tvs and it samsung is out doing the new LG

It's an excellent smart TV with QLED technology at a very good price. The picture and sound quality are excellent. It's great for playing video games. It's just as good as a high-end TV. For the price I paid, it's more than enough. I highly recommend it.

TV is just what I need for my bedroom. It’s not the top of the line in pixels but it’s perfect in this space. Sales guy was polite and informative. Delivery guy and gal were polite and respectful of my property. Thank you.

If you're having second thoughts,DON'T!! This is a fantastic tv for the price point!! Excellent picture, quality and tons of features!! Don't miss the opportunity to own this beauty!! It'd look GREAT in your home!!

I have had this about a month. Working great. Bought on-line and picked up easily and without problems. My first 4K, so I think the color, brightness and image look great, as this fits my designated space well. Certainly, there are more expensive TVs, but this one fits my needs well. Using with roku.

In general I love the picture and sound quality of the TV but I find the remote control's very basic layout a little hard to navigate. It always defaults to Samsung TV streaming and though I've been able to use it, my wife hates. She's accustomed to numbered buttons that go directly to her channel of choice so she feels limited.

Great picture, color and sound. Only fault is after setup it wanted to startup going to Samsung tv plus instead of my cable tv service. My cable provider aided in changing this setting.

This tv is absolutely amazing. Hi definition, great clarity and easy to use. Looks great and bought it for an incredible price. I have been to Best Buy numerous times and they always have what I am looking for and customer service is top notch.

Very nice TV. Easy set up. Very good price. Remember when remotes had 40 buttons, (I counted buttons on one). This new remote is thin, simple and can preform all SMART tasks. And it is rechargeable by solar or cord.

Great tv. Picture has great pixels with neo g76890b12 technology

I really like the TV. Color is very good and the size was perfect for my room. I got the extra stand as it is on a very small table. I had read some bad reviews of the remote. The only thing I don't like is it is solar and if you forget to charge it you can't use the TV. Stupid idea. Give me a battery-operated remote anyday.

I didn’t think this good for this prize but it is excellent. The image quality is stunning. Contrast incredible even broad daylight. This is perfect tv for living room or bedroom. My daughter can’t stop playing game now. All games become smooth and free screen tearing.

Unbelievable picture quality and price. If I had to give one opportunity needed for this TV is the speakers. Doesn’t get too loud, but now-a-days TVs rely on a separate speaker set up. Can’t go wrong with this one!

I am thrilled with this tv! Beautiful picture and fits perfectly in my living room. I also bought a soundbar and woofer. Wow! It’s like I am in the movie theater! Love love love it!!!!

I bought a TV in an open package. I am not upset with the choice, the size suits me, the picture is good, the sound is supplemented with separate speakers, so I only watch and enjoy when I have free time, thanks to the store for a good deal because I saved some money

Very pleased. Had an older Samsung and very pleased to upgrade to this for a great price. Happy with the picture and sound.

Great looking picture quality and setup was easy with smart side of it. Wife loves the fact you can use your phone as remote seeings the kids always forget where they set them down.

This is an excellent example of how modern technology has become more sophisticated and evolved. With an extremely fast startup, followed by a very user-friendly interface, this tv is not only affordable but also provides a comfortable and capable experience for all cinematic instances!

Love this tv, feels like the people are right in my face lol

Best new Tv for 2025. I’m glad I waited from the last year model. This operating system is so much smoother. Picture is clear and sound is great!
