This is a great tv, but ultimately, I think it could be better for its price tag. It kills me when the room is pitch black and the tv loads a movie or something. The tv screen will be black but while the "loading" sign spins, you can see the area surrounding the text is lit up and does not remain black. I have seen tvs of lesser quality not have this "issue" though I admit it is not all that important. The speakers could use a lot of help. There were many many instances where you can hear the speakers clip at about 40% volume. That irked me in a big way. Enough to have a tech come to look at it and tell me "the speakers on these tvs are crap and you are meant to buy a soundbar" to work with the tv. I expected much more out of these tv considering the price tag.

The picture on this really is fantastic. We did need to do a bit of tweaking to get the contrast level right for HDR content from Apple 4K TV, but after some tweaking it was excellent. We needed to exchange the set because it was powering off randomly. Have not seen that with the new unit.

If this is about the TV and mounting bracket experience, Mr. Robert Marler did an excellent job taking care of us, explaining the options, setting up the Geek squad, and was just delightful in the process! If this is about my trying to buy a CO2 refill for my Soda Stream, the service was excellent as well. While you are out of the product due to the CO2 shortage, I was escorted to the Customer Service desk, in line behind another gentleman. While I was standing there, a fellow came up (delightful African american man), and offered to find the item in the back, as he didn't think they had any. Sure enough he had checked and they aren't available until December. He did all of this while I was still in line!! You'll always have my business....

This is a great TV. I was shopping for a smart 4K. The fact that it is 8K capable is a bonus. The picture is Samsung-crisp and my cable remote works completely fine with the system. The Samsung remote takes some getting used to for working the smart functions. I received more than I expected.

I bought this tv to be ready for the the new Xbox x series coming out this holiday im in love with the upscale it makes everything look amazing

Best picture we ever seen in our home !! Pretty easy to set up, overall Samsung has cornered the market of technology and simply made a great tv for a very reasonable price. My Wife and I couldn’t be happier with this product, we are going after the holidays to purchase another Samsung. Craig

Haven't got to test out the full potential of this tv with 8k but good sound picture is good. One movie I watched from my ps4 I was pretty amazed with. Ready Player 1. Just make sure you adjust the settings if you need to. I did. And the clairty of the show was very good!

Bought this to but above the fireplace. The room has a lot of windows and is very bright, so I really appreciate the non-reflective coating. Great picture and love the simple remote control - so much better than the other Samsung remotes.

Amazing TV, and computer monitor if you have a sufficient video card to drive it. Great image quality, surprisingly good built-it speakers. It does put out a good deal of heat, but that is a small price to pay for this many pixels.

Was a super nice t.v. even watching broadcast antenna on it. Only issue was with a dead line of pixels but this I'm guessing happens to every 1/1000 t.v.'s. No problems other than having to return it. Waiting on the new 2021 micro/mini l.e.d.'s.

This TV is beyond our expectations. Crisp clear picture that almost looks 3D at times. Can't wait to see how great it is when they actually start filming in 8K. Spreading the word to family & friends.

I really like the tv’s image it looks like 3D without the glasses however at times the picture can be a bit blurry especially if viewed up close. Some apps like YouTube often appear blurry when viewed from up close. Gaming and sound are excellent.

We thought the whole "8K revolution" was going to be a fad - then we saw this TV. The picture this TV puts out is impeccable. The TV is app-rich and the overall viewing and entertainment experience right out of the box are pretty remarkable. Very impressed with this TV.

Wow, what an awesome device. Not only does it look sleek and beautiful when powered off, it looks even better when powered on. The picture is on point. Delivery was on time and uneventful. Every thing went smoothly this time.

I didn't think the quality would be as noticeable as it turned out to be. The used the delivery and installation by Best Buy and it was outstanding. The unpacked, set up, hung it and got it connected and running. Highly recommend this product.

Haven’t bought a new tv in 12 years. We had to go all out. The picture is beautiful and the tv is perfect for our living room. I’m so happy with this purchase and always trust Samsung to provide long lasting products

This t.v. is fantastic! The menus are easy to navigate, the processor speed is great and the picture is unbelieveable. One thing I could say is the sound is about a 6.5 out of 10, but thats nothing a soundbar cant fix. Definitely would recommend!

I love it!!! Upgrade to 8K even if you are not getting an 8K signal. It make a difference. However, you need to purchase a sound system for it like a sound bar. The speakers in the TV are terrible.

This is a great tv and good price. It was basically plug and play with no adjustments needed. As many have noted the remote is hard to get used to, so much so that I just use the Comcast remote to what I need.
