This is a very stunning TV for quality picture. Unfortunately, buyer be ware if you use an Amazon Firestick. This TV would not support that. The screen continually blacked out. Samsung could not problem solve nor could Firestick support. Had to return this and replace with an LG.

The tv was basically plug and play, ready to go but I had trouble getting enough brightness out of the picture. I finally settled for what I could get.

Oustanding picture! So glad I purchased this television. Easy to setup and looks awesome. Lots of great features and settings that I am continuing to explore to optimize my viewing. Watching movies and playing games in UHD/4K has been amazing.

Television began to have problems with auto brightness soon after I installed, would suddenly go darker and not adjust unless tv was shut off then back on. Best Buy sent Geek Squad to troubleshoot and did something with AI and hopefully that will solve the problem. If that corrects issue and tv provides lasting service, like previous Samsungs I have purchased, I could up this to “5 Star”. Although I can recommend this IF problem stays resolved, I really don’t know yet and this review only allows a yes or no.

Please try disabling the following features: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Brightness Optimization, Energy Saving Solution, and Motion Lighting
If these are already off, check if Contrast Enhancer is enabled, which can also cause brightness to shift depending on scene changes: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer
Samsung’s newer TVs also include AI-powered features designed to adapt picture settings automatically. While many viewers enjoy this enhancement, others prefer more manual control. To adjust these features, go to: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings
