Excellent picture and easy set up... sound quality is very poor... you will need to purchase a good sound bar.

We purchased this for our son as a USMC retirement gift (we gave him a Samsung Q-series soundbar this last Christmas as a teaser)! He'd always been envious of our Samsung QLED TV (2020) & soundbar's excellent sound and picture, and now he has his own.

I ordered this from the store for a Christmas gift for myself! Had it delivered the same week as it was too big for me to pickup. I have enjoyed it so far great picture and sounds. Everything about it has been awesome so far. Had a great experience with it. The picture quality is real good and clear. Works great with the Internet also. I only watch from the Internet. I thought it would be too big for my apartment but it is great. I would recommend this tv.

Bright, clear picture. A little on the heavy side but feels sturdy. Screen had a tiny blacked out part when I first turned it on, the size of a tictac, but was still annoying. Samsung came out the next day and fixed it for free which was nice.

Picture is clear and bright, really good viewing experience. I like the size - it's large without being overwhelming. There was a little learning curve, but in time I've come to be more comfortable with the options. I still haven't figured out how to use the remote solely - I use my service providers remote when watching anything offered through them. I do feel like the tv is "smarter than me" at times...but I've also felt satisfied that it's challenged me and I'm meeting that challenge.

I was debating on the decision of getting OLED or a QLED... OLED are the best out now if you have the money, but this neo QLED compares to it so closely, that not only did I get a great tv, I also saved money.

Really amazing TV best Qled I've ever had from Samsung amazing quality brightness is really bright colors are very vibrant Neo Qled is 100% worth the buy and all the money supports 120hz gaming which I love and video and movie quality is out of this world.

Pretty good tv for the right person. Looked really great. Only problem for me is I feel like it’s too bright and the colors seemed off? Maybe I’m just to used to an OLED. Otherwise it’s good. Really good speakers especially with the Q symphony stuff if you have a soundbar or surround sound.

The TV it self is good. Still trying to figure out how to get the satellite to open up first and not the main screen for the TV. Visually the colors and definition is good. Sound is pretty good as well. Still thinking about getting a sound system just to enhance it a little bit more.

I recently got a plasma TV and overall, I’m very satisfied with the picture quality. The colors are rich, deep, and vibrant, especially when watching movies or high-definition content. The contrast and black levels are excellent

TV quality is very sharp and bright. OS is very quick, no delays on app selection and very quick loading for 90 percent of apps ive downloaded so far. I dont like the fact it doesnt have an input selection button, but rather an auto-detection feature that lets you choose the input as an app, no way to toggle through inputs that ive found yet. Great loud sound. 4K HDR content plays beautifully. Super slim, however it is on the slightly heavier side. Bought as an open box deal, the tv was still wrapped in plastic.

Samsung 65 inch TV, it is very nice. Has a center metal stand. Love the large screen, so much nicer than our 55 inch. The picture is very clear and colors are really vibrant.

Excellent TV, great picture and smooth UI that makes it fun to watch TV again. I love the ease of the remote, and the home page. Sometimes the auto features can get annoying but this is easily customizable in settings.

Absolutely hands down this is my favorite tv in my home. The picture amazing, and the black saturation is just wow. The blacks are so black the set looks like it is powered off! Best purchase I've made in a while!!!

This model I love all the features. Everything about this tv goes beyond my expectations. BBUY service, instillation on time no problems. 5 samsung tvs in my house. My son in VA while we were on vacation needed new tv ,No bbuy credit acct showed him samsung bought and opened C.C acct. They recently bought dishwasher. i have been customer 40 yrs now.

I purchased this tv after looking at the picture quality at the store. The colors are vivid. It’s like you are there. I like the menu and the easy of use. I would highly recommend this v to anyone that is looking for an upgrade.

Great TV. I don’t know much about specs, but the picture is awesome. The Home Screen is user friendly, the options with the games are fun and a nice addition. No complaints so far.

The NEO QLED has a much crisper picture than the ~10 year old regular QLED that we had. Would not have paid the extra money but when saw them side by side no choice but to get the latest NEO QLED. Nice TV.
