Customer Ratings & Reviews

This TV has exceeded my expectations in every way, especially when it comes to the anti-glare feature. No matter the time of day or how much natural light is in the room, the screen remains clear, vibrant, and easy to see without annoying reflections. It’s perfect for bright living spaces or rooms with lots of windows. The picture quality is crisp and sharp, with rich colors and smooth motion, making everything from movies to sports look amazing. Setup was quick and easy, and the overall design looks sleek and modern. If you’re looking for a high-quality TV that performs well in bright rooms and delivers an excellent viewing experience, this one is absolutely worth it.

My wife wanted a Samsung The Frame Pro so she can display art. I wanted an amazing TV for sports and movies, which the Frame Pro just is not. OLED wasn’t on the list due to a bright room and risk of burn in. Enter the QN90F! It’s a real mini LED (not just edge lit) with local dimming. It has stunning picture quality, and is great in a bright room. It has the glare free screen, so I don’t see my windows and pendant lights reflected in the TV, and when my wife displays art, it looks natural and not glossy. No, I can’t put a frame around it, but we mounted it real tight to the wall. Samsung Art is $49.90 a year, but my wife loves it! She can pick artist, collections, or other groups, and we’ve favorited a ton of pieces (although you have to “matte” each one manually as you add it). Sports look amazing (F1 so far but can’t wait for college football season)! Movies are amazing. Settings took a little tweaking. Search the web for some great articles on maximizing the settings. Once I got it dialed in, I was SO pleased! Just a beautiful TV!

We picked this up about a month ago, and it’s been a solid performer in our sun-filled living room. This is our 1st non-OLED Samsung, and I have to say, it’s exceeding our expectations. One of the standout features for us is the matte screen-it makes a noticeable difference in reducing glare from both sunlight and our interior lighting. Watching daytime shows or movie nights with lamps on has been a seamless experience. The display quality is crisp and vibrant, and it holds up even during bright afternoons. Set up was straightforward and the smart features are intuitive and responsive. If you’re looking for a great all-around TV, that performs well in well lit spaces this one’s a winner.

There is not a single dislike i have on the picture quality, technology, quality of materials used my only head scratching comes from if a tv of this caliber why is the packaging the same as base model tvs. I keep original packaging for all my tech products but im not sure if i will for this.

Picture quality is Awesome !! Pretty easy to get set up, now to learn all of its terrific functions The anti glare is wonderful for the first time ever I don’t have glare from lighting

This TV is AMAZING!!! We've had a lot of issues with glare. This model takes away 90% of all the glare, it's hardly noticeable while watching or playing video games. Highly recommended!!!! Pictures show the difference, but we did get a defective product which has a weird cloud on the screen that can't be cleaned. Best Buy has been awesome about the exchange!!

Picture and quality are great. I think the make TVs with bad sound just to make you want to get a sound bar though.

Best TV I have even owned. I am a sports nut and the colors are spot on to real life. Very easy to setup too. Sales,a really put me into a new TV that was based on my needs. Plus Best Buy guaranteed best price for 60 deals sealed the purchase for me. Thank you Best Buy!!

After spending several weeks researching, we went with the q90f 65”. Couldn’t be happier. Paired well with our soundbar. Picture quality is superb!

This 65” Samsung TV is awesome! The Best Samsung that we have ever owned! Greatest Features Ever! Above our fireplace and mounted by Geek Sqaud! PERFECTION!!

Incredible TV. Anti-glare enhances the experience so much. Highly recommend!

Excellent TV with a greateam from qeek sq. Very friendly Crew and transion from start to finish.

Watching the World Cup in 4k is awesome. Sound could use some improvement. If set to auto, volume increases and lowers abruptly.

Outstanding picture quality with deep blacks and vibrant color

Colors & sharpness are awesome! Quality thru & thru!

Very happy with the salesman. He had to hunt for the last one of this model that his inventory showed. Paying went smoothly.

Unfortunately when my tv was installed I noticed that there was a black square in the upper right hand corner where maybe the pixels had gone out. While waiting 2 weeks for a replacement to be delivered and mounted I decided I was not happy with the speakers and the sound. I also did not like the remote. Very small and hard to work with. I also felt I was constantly adjusting settings for the color and picture depending on what I was watching. The anti-glare is a nice feature, but not enough for me to replace with the same tv and made the return.

First off there is a dent on the display on the top center part! Then a whole line of pixels are off running down that part. Very bad experience with bestbuy and samsung! Reconsider this brand!

I've been a Samsung TV guy for about 14 years now, and have bought multiple TVs from them. 99% of them have been great and never given me problems besides a few small things that best buy was able to fix. This QN90F is a great tv, hardly any reflections in a bright room, decent HDR, and all the other things that people day. But the only issue is the user interface Samsung switched to a few yrs ago. It is faster, but the layout is buggy, barely customizable, and the constant ads for apps or shows 90% of us already have seen or have it on thr TV already. And the settings are a pain trying to figure out what is best, and you have to change them each time you're on a different app, or video game console, or over the air connection. But its still a great TV for normal buyers, but if you want more film like, maybe the Samsung OLEDs or a different brand.

Purchased this television to replace an older 80 series Samsung that was starting to have display issues. I like this new TV, mostly for the picture. Very vibrant colors and bright picture. Not many picture adjustments necessary, as the default settings seem to be fine. Plus the AI makes adjustments automatically. One reason I purchased this model was for the non-glare screen, because I have so many windows in the room. This really works well in eliminating reflections. The anti-glare, matt finish might sacrifice a bit of crispness in the images, but it's not all that noticeable. A couple disappointments - first, the remote control is pretty meager. Very small and lightweight with a rechargeable battery. My old remote I had for 7 years and only had to replace the batteries once. This remote I have to recharge weekly. It has a built-in solar cell, but that doesn't seem to work all that well. Plus, there is sometimes a serious lag between pushing a control button and the TV response. Never had that problem on my old set. The second issue is with the "home page" of the set. It is so cluttered and congested with large boxes showing different recommendations of things to watch, that you have to search for the small app icons that you want. And the TV doesn't turn on to where you left off, even if you are watching through a cable box -- so you have to go through this same routine every time you turn on the set or even switch to a different app. Very frustrating. Overall, it's a good TV, but definitely not a home run.
