Great TV! The picture mode is an awesome feature. Picture quality is great.

I purchased this TV to replace a 2020 model which we really enjoyed until the panel failed. 2021 introduced a slimmer bezel as well as a different mounting system and an all new remote. We found the new mount to be a little bit more complex to install but ultimately we were able to get it in the position that we wanted, however it was a shame to lose the rotational adjustment of the 2020 mount. I think what is most disappointing about this TV is the new remote control which seems to have a mind of it's own and is constantly losing connection from the TV requiring it to be manually re-paired. Of all the things I could've been updated for this TV the remote and bezel thickness are probably the two I would have prioritized the least. a lot of the technology in this TV is dated especially for the price point especially for the price point.. But no other TV does what this one can do so well.

Overall, great TV for the price. The art aspect of the TV is a nice touch. You do need the right wall for this TV though. TV comes with a wall mount that's designed for the TV. This TV also has some strange panel that has to be attached to the TV. I've never seen a TV have this.

For the discount close to Thanksgiving, I finally decided to go with this size. Best Buy has great rewards program along with Credit card 5% back this quarter made the cost a little better. Love the tv quality so far and beautiful art feature is getting tons of compliments from visitors.

Get the FRAME TV! This is our second one (first one sold with the sale of our home). The picture quality is amazing. The TV sits flush against the wall, all wiring is in the wall. When turned off the TV doubles as a huge photo (stock or upload your own photos) Best invention yet for TVs!

This TV is the coolest!!! Every person i have shown it to think it is actual framed art. They are floored when i turn on the TV. It is easy to use and looks amazing. Had to purchase the actual outer frame from Samsung directly bc BB never had it in stock.

We love this TV. The picture quality is stunning. And the Art feature is everything I dreamed of. We found it to be a little tricky to hang on the wall. I recommend thay you get a professional to do it for you.

I love this TV! My daughter did all the research for me since she is more tech savvy and knew what I wanted. She recommended this TV due to all the features, particularly the art/frame feature. I only gave it 4 stars (instead of 5) because it does have a box that has to be next to it and is not shown in any of the commercials or online videos. The marketing for the TV leads you to believe that you can set it up and use the artwork feature and no one will know it’s a TV, but with that box sitting right next to it on the mantle, it’s very obvious that it’s a television and not a framed piece of art. Even so, I am pleased with my purchase.

So far we love it. It was installed by the Geek Squad only 2 days ago, so have only had the chance to use it a short time. They also installed a Sonos sound bar. So far we are extremely happy with the frame TV and Sonos. Can’t say enough good about the installers. They were courteous, thorough and patient as there were a few glitches with our Internet. The whole process with Best Buy was exceptional from salesman in the store to the home entertainment consultant to the Geek Squad. We have used the Geek Squad twice, in the last 5 years, to install home entertainment systems. They are worth every dime. Highly recommend!

Both my husband and I are so glad we made the decision to buy the frame. It’s a great quality TV and we love the art feature when not using. Highly recommend!

awesome way to get rid of the black rectangle on the wall all the time,plus the 4k image is amazing great tv averall…i already fool a couple of friends into thinking its an actual frame art on the wall its just amazing.

I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing a Samsung Frame based on my experience with this television. It's a great television with beautiful picture when it works, but shortly after the 1-year manufacturer's warranty expired, it quit working. $1000 in repairs managed to get us another 10 mos. out of it, however, it's again no longer working. Fortunately, the first round of repairs was covered by my credit card which extends the manufacturer's warranty another year, but this time I think we will just consider replacing it with a different brand. Very dissatisfied overall with this experience and would discourage anyone from considering this television when there are others with similar displays at roughly half the cost.

The picture quality is amazing and while the size of the tv is large for the room it is unobtrusive and pleasant to view once the art work is displayed. It doesn’t feel so heavy in the room.

Beautiful picture, easy to install! Purchased for my mom who didn’t want a TV in her living room. She loves it! Definitely need sound bar to get true full def sound

Great looking screen. Happy with image and the look of the TV. I have the TV on an easel with all the components hidden in a box not to far away. Great talking piece. I have a 2019 55" Frame TV and this is by far a huge improvement in image and colors. Will buy another one when ready. With the 2021 Frame you can see the picture a lot better from any angle compared to the 2019. You lose a little bit of the color sharpness on the 2019. You don't lose anything on the 2021 version.

I had a 4k Sony that just kept rebooting. My wife wanted something where the wires could not be seen. It was the perfect fit. The TV has great quality. The OS is snappy, no delay in switching between the Apps. We are a 100% streaming house, so we definitely put it through it's paces with YouTube TV, Apple movies, Netflix and more. And the art work thing, as cliche as I thought it might be, works. When we have guests over and just music playing, the ability to use it as art is amazing. The picture is really, really good with no tweaking. We are very happy.

I highly recommend this tv as a time and space saver. This is a very very slim tv plus i like the idea of receiver for HDMI, Lan etc out of the tv. Easy installation.

Decided to upgrade my tv since I’ve been staying at home more frequently due. Tv looks great & when placed in art mode it really stands out.

There's not a person that sees this in our home that doesn't rave about the picture, the sleekness + quality of the tv!
