They said this "happens." The clips they tried to use caused the bezel to bow/flex and create gaps so they discarded them. The magnets hold them on except for the corners where there are gaps and the 45 degree joints are not looking good. Disappointing that such a fine $2,000 TV has an accessory that makes it look cheap. Would love to see the attachment and part quality fixed.

The picture quality is great and it has a ton of great features. However, my favorite thing about it is that it really looks like a canvas painting on the wall once you fine tune the fram mode.

It was a game changer for us. We had to return it and buy a normal tv. If you get it I would suggest to conductbsome research with the magnolia dept
