    Hello all, well what can I say, well nothing besides that the dryer didn't work. I had bestbuy install the dryer, when I came home from work to use it, I noticed that the unit didn't get hot. After several phone calls, Samsung wouldn't fix it as it wasn't 72 hours old. All in all poor quality for the price!

    damaged our clothes and the protection plan claim was denied because it says it doesnt cover rust, when it was a young machine! Should not be happening.
