Customers consistently note the large capacity, quick drying times, and quiet operation of this 7.2 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle Ultra-Large Capacity Electric Dryer. Many also appreciate the ease of use and the various features offered. A few customers mentioned the lack of an interior light and some inconsistencies with the sensor's performance. Great dryer, terrible repair support

Before my dryer was a month old, my 80 year old mother dropped something down the lint catch area and broke the fan wheel. It turns out there is only one repair company in the Baltimore-Washington area. The first time they came out, they did not have the part and said they would over night the request.. A week later they came out and found they could not put in the part and that they needed additional parts. Samsung would not send them the entire piece needing replacement, so they had to be creative. It still did not fun after two weeks and three visits. Samsung policy is that it must be three weeks before they will consider replacement. It took another week for approval and schedule another visit. 4 weeks later, many hours on the phone with the repair company and Samsung (mostly on hold), and many trips to the local laundry mat, I had a working replacement. Next time I will buy a more mainstream brand with easy repair support.

The different cycle are good and meet our needs. The start and end of cycle sound are very unusable and get your attention. Really like the wrinkle prevent cycle is my favoriate thing. Like the fact it has a sensor the knows when the clothes are dry so the machine does not have run the entire time.

I purchased this washer around black friday and got a great deal. I have many other Samsung products in my house and all of them exceed my expectations. This was no different. Excellent performance!

The dryer works as expected. Clothes are not overdryed and have not come out heavily wrinkled.

I chatted with Samsung's live support - apparently they do not produce a compatible drying rack.

Worst dryer we ever had, break down after a year.

Very bad dryer, break down after a year, becomes very loud, sound like a jet inside the house, you can hear it from outside the house. Tec tried to repair it twice but could not. Finally, I have to get a new LG and I am very happy that I get red of the dryer. Samsung was able to return it with minimal loss, but I spent two month back and forth to get Samsung to agree to return it. It cost around $500-$600 to make the attempt to repair it but no luck.
