I am very pleased with this new technology in dryer

Needed a dryer after my other one fell apartment. Looking for something that was more efficient. I bought the Samsung unit, it was large. I provided more room for dryer larger items. The only problem, is that it does not always dry the clothes completely through. Sometimes, I have to allow heavier items to be dried again. Overall, though, I like the system.

This washer is a great purchase for the money. Tons of settings, plus a self cleaning feature. Very quiet.

The guys who delivered the dryer were early and very professional. The dryer is working great.

Great for a large family can set it and go do what is next.

We washed a load and because of a defective part, it literally tore a gash in the clothing. We're talking with samsung about replacing the article. Definitely check this unit on delivery - one of the top rings had a very rough surface. Replacement part is smooth as a silk.

We bought top load because our laundry is not big enough to fit front load. It has same many advance features but costs far less

I like the look, size and functions of this dryer. However, to be honest, my old dryer would dry a load of 4 jeans and a couple tshirts in a 45 minutes. This new dryer would probably take 80 minutes. As I have a gas dryer... that is NOT feasibly smart. I have only had it a month and perhaps I am not fully acclimated to the controls. I've tried all the different settings and this dryer doesn't seem to quite dry the SEAMS of pants, shirts, underwear.... no matter the settings I've tried to use. I will read the manual AGAIN and keep trying.

Got this as a set and I can say I am very impressed. It takes a few loads to get use to, but over all, its very user friendly.

Although I have only had this for about a month, overall, I am very pleased with my purchase of the Samsung - 7.2 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle Ultra-Large Capacity Gas Dryer. It operates very well, and I hope it lasts a long time.

Delivery was hours ahead of schedule, so I couldn't discuss installation with delivery guys; promised phone call re delivery was not provided. Machine itself seems fine.

Can't think of any cons unless the user is intimidated by electronic consoles. Easy enough for me to use and my spouse is very happy with it. It does what it is suppose to do.

Great price for a quality washer and dryer. Went on sale the following week and had no problems with them matching the price and crediting the additional amount back to me.
