Other than an inferior dryer vent lint filter flap, works great. no complaints. Their washer sucks tho!

Excellent Product for Quality Washing

I bought the dryer and washing machine 3 days ago. So far I am totally satisfied with the product. I have been using the washing machine and dryer for 3 days. I have washed 15 loads and tried almost every setting the washer has. It really performs the way it advertises. The efficiency of the work is superb. The clothes are washed thoroughly. I have to admit that the cycles tend to be longer than a regular top load washer. But it is a trade off that is worth every minute spent doing laundry. The spin on the washer as well on the dryer is very quiet and smooth. The wrinkle free feature on the dryer is amazing. The clothes come out of the dryer with almost no need to iron them. The only thing I regret is not buy them before.

I have been using this GAS dryer for 3 months (purchased Feb 2011). It replaced an 20 year old gas Amana dryer. We also purchased the matching Samsung washer. GREAT combo! The washer does such a good job of spinning the clothes we can dry everything MUCH faster.
10 large bath towels dry, to the bone, in less than 1 hour. The controls are straightforward and easy to use. The controls provide any option you might need. We have the rack accessory and it works great for drying wet shoes. The unit runs very quietly.

Quiet machine. Drying rack a big bonus! Easy to use and stacks on our Samsung washer. Alway used Maytag before, they lost me when our dishwasher was big problem and Maytag did nothing.

I bought this gas dryer from my local Best Buy last week along with the matching WF330 washer. The combination has cut my drying time by a 2/3. I believe this is due to the amazing spin speed of the washer along with the high heat of the dryer. The features on this dryer are far greater than I will ever use.
I dried five pairs of jeans in 35 minutes compared to an hour and forty five minutes on my old dryer. Wow.

We picked this drier (which is part of a match set with washer) b/c of reviews, research, and input from salesperson. We initially were looking into the steam models but settled on this b/c it seemed we did not need that function as it was a bit "gimmicky". This model has a sanitize setting along with the washer which will also eliminate germs, bacteria in bedding, clothes, etc.! As far as wrinkles-there are other methods for eliminating them. The steam model didn't seem worth the extra $$ especially after hearing from folks who own them (it isn't really used often).
Overall so far: a great machine-quiet, easy to use, & dries well!

Worked great for one year

I bought this dryer 1year and less than 1 month ago and the stainless steel drum got a crack right on the welding seam. Of course, there is only a one year warranty. There was no extended warranty to purchase. I only dry clothing, not shoes in the dryer. There is no reason for the drum to crack. We wrote Samsung, and they basically said too bad, call a service repair person to fix it at your expense. Your warranty expired. Samsung doesn't stand behind their product. Luckly, my husband is a mechanical engineer and can fix it himself, which saved us up front a $100 diagnostic charge from a service repair guy. This is a faulty design and will happen to you. Maybe not immediately, but beware.

rolls sheets in a ball, sensor too sensitive

This dryer is nothing but frustration. I have to take sheets and blankets out of the dryer every 5 minutes and unroll them from the balled up mess they get in, Even with one sheet in the dryer the sheet gets rolled into a ball in 5 minutes.
The sensor cuts the dryer off when the clothes are damp. I have resorted to timed drying. Also, I have to let sheets and blankets lay over a chair in the dinning room to finish drying.
This is not labor saving device. It is junk.

Owned it two days and needed warranty work

The warranty service was horrible. We used it for two days and then it started to make a horrible loud buzzing noise that could be heard upstairs. We called for warranty work and they sent out this one man show in a minivan from some company we'd never heard of. Even though two people "diagnosed" the problem over the phone, the man showed up with no parts, and seemed clueless. To make matters worse, the ONLY time he could come was in the middle of a work day. It took many phone calls and over 4 weeks to finally get him to show up with the part - a new gas valve- and to fix it. While the unit continued to heat - the noise it made was unbearable - even with the laundry room door closed, and we suffered many headaches and it agitated our children, causing them and us to lose valuable sleep. The buzzing was comparable to a constant fire alarm buzz turned way up loud.

If you haven't bought a dryer for a while, pay attention. 2 words: learning curve. This is NOT your old dryer. Read the instruction's recommendations for separating pants/jeans from t-shirts, etc. Mixed clothes are left damp on a sensor cycle. Problem solved when clothes are separated. And drying time is much shorter

Works very efficiently and clothes come out very clean. I used to hate when my washed clothes came out of my old washer still dirty.

Samsung Sucks

"Sensor Drying" is a joke. All the items are damp when sensor dry finishes. Samsung refuses to honor warranty because "Time Dry" works, so just use Time Dry in the future! Stick with Kenmore, Whirlpool or Maytag! Never had issues with sensor dry on previous Kenmore or Whirlpool brand dryers.
