The product is average, considering its price range. Strongly recommend getting a service plan for Samsung products. That way, at least your hassles are limited to setting up repair visits and not spending additional money.

The main control board has a tendency to go out on these. The dryer will continue running unless you unplug the dryer or open the door.

This is my 3rd dryer in 12yrs. 1st was a whirlpool calypso which the dryers heat sensor broke after about 6yrs in. The 2nd was a european unit washed/dried/ventless which broke this yr after 3months in. The company wasnt helpful and no one knew how to work on it. So I hoped this Samsung would work and I am surprised! It dries VERY fast!. Faster than the samsung matching washer. It is smart detects dryness, clothes hasnt came out torched like way too hot. I did 8 loads the first day in a few hrs. Its a cheerful tune but it tunes too long. I have a rather short dryer hose to vent so I dont know if that makes a difference. Also cheapest price for a front loader with alot of options, steam/sanitize/wrinkle. I havent tried the steam option but the wrinkle shield will keep going for 80mins no heat and chime along the way as a reminder. Also if you are planning to stack you will need a special kit that provides brackets and side spacers because it is 4 inches longer than the washer. Happyness so far :)

This was our first big appliance purchase for my BF's and I first apartment together. Like most apts, the laundry room can be cramped. We purchased the washer and dryer set with the stackables and it saves so much room! The quality is great and the price we paid was a steal! Dryer has automatic sensor to stop when item is dried.Noise level is low. One year later, we are still glad we paid this purchase.

I have had my dryer for a little over a month now and have no complaints. My old dryer I would have to dry towels two full times just to get them dry and my hole day was spent doing laundry and sometimes not even getting all of it done. With this dryer and the matching washer, all the loads get done in half the time it did with my other washer and dryer and they all come out cleaner too. I absolutely love the fact that I can now put clothes in the dryer and have them done about 20 minutes before the washer is done. Less time doing laundry equals more time with the family. Can't beat that

This dryer and the washer that goes with it is fantastic! Never thought Samsung would come out with excellent appliances. I am a single father that doesn't put too much into a washer and dryer so I only use it a couple times a month but I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

I ordered this electric dryer online before black Friday and it was on sale for $549!!! You can't beat that price for such a great dryer that has all the bells and whistles. The delivery was scheduled and they arrived in time and even connected the dryer to the washing machine's water line so I could get steam. The only thing I would change is the dryer doesn't have an option for no heat tumbling at all. You have to manually program it for low heat dry for the minimum 10 minutes before the wrinkle free no heat tumbling kicks in. Other than that, I love everything about the dryer,

I have only had it for about a month but I am really enjoying it. Especially the steam function. I noticed that on the other review they didn't like the tumble function but for me it works great. It will continue to tumble once it it done drying to reduce wrinkles. This works great for me because sometimes I will take a break of go somewhere when drying the clothes and now it's not a problem.

this dryer is very quiet, has end cycle sounds to let you know it is complete . no vibration

General problem with this product is dryer rack. Is not included but optional parts doesn't work with this model. I find out different rack from Samsung dryer but nobody never told me where I can find. Why ? Dryer with steam function need to be loaded with rack.

clothes are dry in 30 min. Im really bad about leaving the clothes in the dryer overnight with our previous dryer they were always a wrinkled mess and i would have to fluff them with this dryer I am able to pull them out and hang them up.

I'm completely satisfied with this dryer and would purchase it again without a second thought. As a new user of a front-loading washer and dryer, I know see how clean laundry can be compared with my antiquated pair.

We bought this and the matching washer. Really nice to have something that doesn't over dry and gets the job done in one cycle. Save a lot of time over the old ones. Need to spend some time with the owners manual though to figure out all it does.

I love this dryer. It has many useful features. I love the sensor dry that detects how wet your clothes are and adjusts the drying time according to that. It also has a wrinkle prevent that it great.

I bought this dryer to go with the brand new washer and it's been a great experience so far. I love the steam cycle and my wife hasn't had a single complaint.
