So this is a great dryer! It would have 5 stars but I have cabinets above and grabbed my tool bag and put it on top of the dryer...this left a dent in front of dryer! Then I jumped on top of the dryer with my knee and made more dents in front of dryer, so construction of the top of the dryer needs to be sturdier! BUT dries great! Keeps tumbling after cycle dry so keeps wrinkles down to minimum. If you do leave them too long I Love the steam function to get wrinkles out. Beware though it does add a bunch of water so one shirt may take 20 min to redry. Better to use quick dry for one shirt on 10 min. .

Easy to use. Great looking. Energy efficient. The cat loves them.

We bought this dryer to go with the matching top-loading washer. It's a large dryer and clothes come out relatively dry and unwrinkled if the correct settings are chosen. Switching the door opening to the other side is relatively simple, which was nice since I had to do it myself :) I've tried the steaming feature a couple of times and felt like even though the dryer was on high (which is required to use the steam function) it still left the item kind of damp and not as wrinkle free as I'd hoped. I also feel like it takes a couple cycles to dry clothes, but it could be because we had to get a gas one (which I haven't used before) or because I try to use low heat setting on most of our clothes. I also wish it had a delay timer for when I don't have time to fold clothes right away. It does the job and has some nice features, plus a cute tune it plays when the load is done drying.

After carefully researching other gas dryers I selected the Samsung. It has all the features that I wanted. Extra capacity, steam cycle, quiet, filter conveniently placed and a neat design. Dryer functions well and dries a large load.

I bought this dryer for my 80 year old mother and she seems to be managing it very well. I don't think she's using the steam dry mode, but its hooked up for her if she ever decides to use it. Easy to use and dries clothes well. Big shout out to the delivery/installation guys. They were polite, highly skilled/knowledgeable, and terrific all around. They showed my mom how to use the dryer and were very patient with her. Good job, men! Please Best buy, give these guys a raise.

Dries clothes quickly but does take a little bit of time to get used to the auto dry settings. Steam modes have left more to be desired (either doesn't get out wrinkles or leaves clothes too wet), although I could still be learning how to use them correctly. Also noticed that it does leave a little bit of a gas smell in the room after use, but any gas appliance seems to do this somewhat and it very could be our fitting to the gas line, isn't enough that it sets off my carbon monoxide detectors. Overall nice dryer that compliments the washer of the same model line which I absolutely love, got it for $689 on a Memorial Day sale.

I am very happy with this dryer. The first one came with a defective steam assembly which was disappointing, but replaced quickly. The lint trap is very different than my old dryer. It seems much more effective but until you get to know it, it is a challenge to close completely after removing the lint. If it isn't closed properly, it doesn't fit back into the dryer. The steam feature is really nice to have.

Dries my clothing quick , quiet, and efficiently. Can't ask for more than that.

I love this dryer it's well worth it. Ita all digital and it doesn't over heat your cloth's. I also love the wrinkle free, so when your short in time and you need to iron just throw it in for a few seconds and its iron for you. Overall this has been one of the best dryer I have ever bought it's also energy saver. Best Buy for the money.

I chose this dryer - mainly for the space, the way it looked and because I wanted it to match my washer. Now i'm pleased for all of those options + it does the job well. Received my first gas bill, nothing too crazy. Very pleased with this product, not to mention the Best Buy Delivery team installed it perfectly for me .

We purchased the Samsung washer and dryer for our daughter. I was present for the attempted installation, which could not be done because the gas pipe suggested and purchased from Best Buy had the wrong fitting size. So the delivery men just unpacked the units and left, which I agreed to. I took me most of the rest of the day to find the right combination of fittings, but it eventually was complete. Once we had mastered that hurdle (refunds were provided), we started using the unit and it was a dream. Very intuitive, and they did an excellent job. Even when we left the clothes in the dryer for a couple of hours after they were done, no wrinkles were seen. Truly amazing!!

I love my drier. It's efficient, super capacity, steam drying handles wrinkles. Only issue is starting making odd noise, so GeekSquad to the rescue tomorrow. Overall, I'd buy it again, good products

This is a very large dryer. Very nice looking also. The setting will not allow you to dry more. If you wanted to, the censors stop it. I also do not like the rubber hose that goes to dryer. The washer hoses are metal wrapped, but the dryer hose is not.

I like the choices for drying plus the steam wrinkle setting. The unit is very quiet while running. The only down side though not a big deal is that the chime for end of cycle is a bit too quiet. It should have an adjustable volume setting.

I used propane at home and this dryer was converted by Bestbuy techs. It dries quickly and it is very easy to start or stop. Great product so far I use it 2 to 3 times per week . I had it for a month and works great. Loved the style as well.

I LOVE my Samsung W/D! I purchased this because my parents got it last year and I was not let down when I got mine installed in my new house. Easy to use and very efficient! Love all the cycles and options.

Best dryer I have had by far. Love all the different drying options and its fits a lot of items all at once. Is easy to set depending on what you are drying and the kids find it so easy also!

Large capacity and efficient when drying. Clothes come out dry as can be after cycle is complete. Very happy with this purchase and the multiple drying Options.

Can not be happier! This dryer can easily fit bedding and large items (i.e sleeping bags). Very efficient and full of operating modes. Highly recommended!
