Almost all drying cycles are customizable. Dryer is easy to use and works great. Runs quietly.

The features are terriffic. I purchased this item together with the washer. They both are looking good in my laundry room. I like the fact that it has so many features. Whatever you need in a dryer are in this product. You name it. It is also Samsung, the name you can trust !

Exceptionally large capacity and has all the necessary options. Works like a charm.

We bought this washer to replace an older unit. We have used it for almost a month and have no complaints. It even sings to you when your load is finished! It has plenty of cycles and is fairly easy to learn to operate. Delivery was on time and they did a great job both installing and hauling off our old units. We bought the extended warranty as this is totally electronically controlled.

This dryer is great and efficient! Takes half the tine of our old dryer!

Very happy with this dryer. I love the size, ease of use and the many options! Have yet to use the steam setting, but please with the functionality of the other settings. Occasionally, especially with larger loads, the waistbands/seams of clothing are a bit damp. That could very well be a user error, in that I'm still learning load sizes and what is "too big" of a load!

This dryer is awesome. It has so much room that I could fit in it(not that I tried lol). I love that it tells you how long the cycle is going to take and that you can adjust the time. It has a wrinkle prevent option at the end. When it's done it plays music which is cute. You can't go wrong with this dryer.

I LOVE finally having steam in my dryer! What more can I say .... this was a LONG time coming to dryers and mothers everywhere can it put tops on the "needed option in my dryer list"! How many times has that load sat wrinkling in your dryer because you just can't get to it? Every mom knows that our lives are a series of unplanned events... kids are inventive. Yes, you planned on being there to hang those clothes when the dryer was finished; but after washing and bandaging her knee (and getting her back on her bike so she develops no fear), seeing to it he didn't climb ALL the way to the top of the tree, and spraying the dog off BEFORE he tracked that mud into the house, you missed the end of the cycle and forgot. Gee, Mom, you must be human! This steam dryer gives you a "do over"!

One of my favorite features is the delayed start. I love putting in my laundry, setting a timer, and having it done by the time I awake. It is quiet and runs very well. I still have some features to try out, but I've loved all the new features my 25 year old set was missing.

Replaced our old dryer with this one that was on special at BestBuy. Excellent choice and goes great with our Samsung washer. Price compared to features, this was a great purchase. And when compared to actual performance, it was REALLY a great purchase.

We bought the pair in Nov 2011. They are beautiful machines and so far no problems with the washer. However, the steel drum on the dryer failed - the steel literally broke - in early Sep. We had purchased the extended warranty and they did a great job repairing the item. However, it required 4 separate repair appointments and the replacement of the steel drum, pulleys, the motor, and various other components. The entire process took 30 days before my dryer was operable again. Three separate repairmen told me they had seen the same problem many times with this machine. It's obvious to me Samsung has a defective product. I would avoid it if I were you. By the way, all of the repairmen recommended Whirlpool products in terms of reliability.

Great dryer with a million different drying options including steam cycle. Drum is large enough to fit a queen size comforter with room to spare. Would not regret this purchase. Also, best buy customer service and prices are the best.

great dryer to go with the matching 3.9 cu. ft washer. Really like the steam mode! This dryer gets wrinkles out every time. Plenty of dryer modes to choose from to accommodate different types of fabrics. Also very energy efficient.

This dryer dries clothes on the first cycle. Great combo for the price and efficiency.

excellent features, low electric use and good size

My clothes come out wrinkle free. If I leave in dryer overnight, can use the steam options to refresh . Lint screen easy to clean . Wish I would have purchased the drawer separately ,sits low to floor .

Not much to say about this washer,i love it.Especially steam,sanitize options are great.Sensor dry is +++.energy savior.

It dries all the clothes evenly and soo fast! It also plays a pretty song (Trout Quintet) when the load is complete.

See above. Works well, stream feature helps freshen quilts, temp controls work well, and you can specify number of minutes versus an automatic cycle.
