I bought this dryer with the matching washer and couldn't be more happier. My only complaint is that the sensor modes do not have a setting with low heat. My wife won't let me dry on anything above low and therefore, I always have to use the "time dry" setting instead of the sensor. The dryer has a large capacity, which is great for bedding. It also has a steam dry option. This setting requires water and rather than have a reservoir that you fill up, this unit is connects a hose in the back so you never have to worry about running out of water in the middle of a cycle. I've had this unit for about a year and I've never had an issue with it. Also, it's very quiet. I would highly recommend.

Got this along with the matching washer recently. it does agreat job at getting the clothes just right; not damp or over-dry. At the end of a cycle, it will continue to flip the clothes every few minutes until you take them out to reduce wrinkles...a great idea. The steam and refresh cycles work exactly as advertised, also a handy feature.

We have used this dryer for a couple of months and are generally pleased with it. This is the second dryer delivered to us; the first had a scratch in the window and, rather than just replacing the door, Best Buy needed to deliver a completely new dryer (which required scheduling another service visit!!!) This second dryer had scratch damage on the side but we were unwilling to schedule a third visit and waste another day in waiting for the delivery. The machine seems to work well except for the inability to adjust time and temperature settings and still use the drying sensor. This is a real frustration. A second negative is the steam feature. Admittedly I tried it only once but it did not perform well and I will just not use the option. (A side note, the water hose connector supplied to make the steam option work was about 18 inches too short so I needed to get a different one to connect the machine to the tap.) We are VERY pleased with the dryer capacity. While it may take a little longer drying than the machine we replaced, the drum size is a real plus. Overall, we are pleased with the machine. One wish -- I'd love to change the end-of-cycle chime... maybe replace it with the tune for my wife's college football fight song! :)

When we ordered the dryer for our new home, I had only seen the laundry room once. So when they asked me which way the door should swing, I was only about 90% sure I had it right. Turns out I was wrong. Hey it happens. However, the swing of the door can be swapped with just a few home tools and I did it easily. So not only does the dryer do what it's supposed to, quickly and efficiently, with wonderful steam settings for the times I forget to remove the clothes, but the ability to swap sides for the door means I can take it to whichever house we move to next.

My wife and I have no complaints on this Dryer. We thought it looked great, was priced great for all the options on it and Samsung is known for great customer service. Have not had a chance to use the steam option on it but have dried things using the rack inside (shoes,hats, etc.). This dryer does not over dry either. So if you pair it with the matching washer which spins what seems to be 90% of the water out of the clothes between the pair you will save money in the long run with utility. Energy star compliant. Can not go wrong! Thank you Samsung for a great product

Highly recommended dryer. It has all the settings anyone would desire and is quiet and efficient. I would recommend it to friends and neighbors.

Very pleased with all aspects of this purchase - price, delivery time, etc. Favorite feature is the interior light (first time having a light). Many settings for all your needs. Offers a lot of room for bedding.

Made this brand my first dryer purchase and so far, I am satisfied. When cleaning out the lint filter, it tends to get all over the floor but that could just be me. I like that instead of beeping, the signal plays a little tune for you.

This is a great dryer. Gas dryers are much more efficient and dry the clothes much faster. The steam cycyle is an added outstanding benefit.

Much better than my old Electric Dryer. Can handle big loads fine, but just make sure to load similar materials together.

Tons of different settings, yet sometimes not customize-able enough, like if I want to dry my bedding at low heat but still use the bedding setting. Still, it works very well if you're willing to put in the extra dollars to buy it. The anti-wrinkle setting doesn't work quite as well as I would have hoped.

I am very happy with this dryer. Samsung is always such a great company to work with. Their products are awesome! I love that with all this technology in the dryer that it is still so easy to use.

I really enjoy the steamer that comes along with the dryer. It also holds many clothes so I don't have to dry as much.

I was very skeptical of the washer cleaning my clothes. Then boom clean clothes. I was very relieved.

First, I recommend Best Buy. However, we purchased this Dryer from Best Buy and less than a year the computer board stopped working. It took several service calls to get this fixed. Now the Dryer is slow to dry. Samsung customer support was horrible. They didn't care that we had several visits for the same problem and when asked to switch it out, they read the warrenty terms to us which said as long as it takes we must allow service calls. Missed 3 days and pay. Samsung Customer support Ha!
