The drum is huge so good capacity. It doens't dry as thoroughly as I like so I tend to rerun it for a few extra minutes at the end of the cycle. Bonus: Clothes come out wrinkle free! Only drawback is the matching washer is STILL on backorder. A dryer isn't much good with no washer...

After four years of having to use public laundromats, we bought a house and this Washer/Dryer set from Samsung. The capacity is at least double of the last dryer we owned several years ago. We have had no problems with uneven drying of clothing (larger, heavy towels are just as dry as shirts and jeans in the same cycle.) Delivery and installation went smoothly. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was so excited when I opened the dryer door after drying the first load and there was no dog fur on my clothes! I love my girl Eevee with all my heart but my goodness does she shed. Now I don’t have to stress about being covered in fur!

Can't control tempatures

What I dislike: you cant change the temperatures for preselected settings, like permanent press. The clothes also dont dry completely, so use timed dry. Time dry automatically puts you in an eco dry, whichbturns iff even when clothes are damp. Disappointed the pet care washer is great.

The temperature can only be adjusted in the dry cycle.
