This is a really pretty unit! It looks great in my utility room. I just got it yesterday. So far, the only complaint is you have to turn off the ECO setting or it takes FOREVER for your clothes to dry. There may be a way to disable but I have not figured it out yet if there is!

Love dryer but unable to use steam cycle because the hose you sell is not long enough to reach the dryer

Beautiful washer and dryer from Samsung, works with ease.

So far so good drives my clothes pretty good only thing is when you put the dryer on quick dry dry doesn’t dry the clothes all the way sometimes.

Just don’t buy from BestBuy, you might receive the worst buying experience ever like us. So BestBuy hire these no-uniform, no-BestBuy logo, third party contractors to deliver and install your appliances. They unloaded our washer with front end facing the dolly, causing 2 big dents before installation. I asked the guy and he said: “just call BestBuy, they will get you a replacement or a discount!” And he refused to take the washer back. After the installation we found out the hot and cold water hoses were installed incorrectly, so the washer keeps beeping the 4C2 code and will not start to run! I called BestBuy to addressed these issues, the girl over the phone told me that they’re sorry and will arrange for replacement as soon as possible, this was nine days ago, I did not receive any phone calls from them, no emails, no nothing! We spent over two grand for the washer and dryer combo that we can’t even use because of the unprofessional installation, and these guys they just don’t care!!!

The dryer works really well ! It has a wide variety of heat setting and ls large enough for quilts and blankets ! Very happy !

So far, so good. It is taking a little bit to get used to all the bells and whistles but the dryer is everything we expected and wanted. After having to switch washer/dryer because we finally have natural gas now, I was reluctant to give up my 31 year old Maytag that worked very well but these have worked very well and we are very happy.

Samsung has always been our go to appliance for our household. So naturally we chose Samsung for our Smart Dryer and so far it has not disappointed us. The smart function is amazing and even connects with Alexa. When the cycle is complete our Alexa goes off and notifies us that the laundry is done. We hope it lasts a long time because its aesthetically nice and has made doing laundry easier and more enjoyable.

Very spacious ! Fit in the laundry room perfectly , not super loud during usage either.

I replaced a GE Dryer we used for 12 years and the GE dryer was great. But it didn't have a large enough capacity. This Samsun Gas dryer is great! It has so many features and it dries the clothes in record times. And because the tumbler is so big, the clothes are fresher smelling and feeling than my GE.

Love the space in this dryer. This dryer is absolutely the best!

While this is too new still to have long term feedback, it is a great dryer. Our old one was loud and not as fancy looking. This dryer is spacious and has so many extra functions. Hopefully, it’ll last a long time.

Works pretty well, as with all dryers, moisture sensing isnt the best but does pretty well. Overall pleased with this unit so far.
