Customer Ratings & Reviews

Works very well. No real complaints. Has a few buttons that do not do ANYTHING at all for some reason. Presets cannot be modified per the owner's manual.

My new Samsung Dryer works well, runs quietly, and is easy to operate. The only issue of concern, which I had not noticed prior to purchase, is the design of the lint basket. It is difficult to open, and seems somewhat flimsy.

Great dryer with 10 drying cycles with the "Refresh" steam cycle to quickly get wrinkles out of all types of fabric. The 10 cycle choices allows you to get all different types of clothes dry in a minimum amount of time.

Awesome dryer. The steam is really an awesome add on and the ease of cycle selection is good, would had given 5 stars but because of the slanted control panel couldn’t. It’s hard to read when it’s mounted.

Once I got familiar with the setting it was easy for me to use.I was looking around the house for stuff to wash because I liked how the clothes came out so clean from the washer and dry from the dryer

Have this for a month now. Works great. I didn't hook up the water line, so I haven't used the steam/wrinkle free feature. I have it stacked on a matching Samsung washer using Samsung's stacker kit.

I've had this for a while now and have no complaints. Is a workhorse and works well. If you don't need all the bells and whistles, this one is the one to get!

Dryer works well with no issues in week 1. However, for an item that is supposed to be stackable, they should put the control panel flat and not angled. Hard to read.

Works very well and was easy to install (I was able to do it myself!) Although I have only had it a few weeks it has done a nice job and is attractive to look at!

Because I use propane it needed an additional conversion kit whic would add another 150 to price, went with electric But other than that it’s a nice looking dryer.

Got the dryer and had to wait 3 weeks to get gas hooked up? Other wise the dryer works very well and it would be hard to change my mind to buy anything else!

Everything is great about the washer and dryer I bought but there is a noise when its on thats a bit annoying but besides that its great

Love this dryer so much I have bought it twice in 2 years for 2 different houses! The steamer is a life saver, worth every penny! Overall love it

We've been very pleased with our Samsung dryer. The advanced features, such as the steam function I now wonder how we lived without.

These look very pretty in my home I get compliments when someone sees them , I haven’t used the steam feAture yet but I will soon

Really like all the room in this dryer. Easy to get clothes out of the door area. Dryer seems to get clothes all the way dry fast

I had purchased the washer that goes with this dryer a few months earlier and both have worked great without any issues.

I have used this for 3 months. I am pleased with the performance and options given it was on the lower range of prices.

I really really recommend this gas dryer, Have been using for 3 years, working perfectly!!!

We bought this pair of washer/dryer for my new home. It works well but after 2-3 yrs, need to fix the thermo switch.
