The exchange was no problem whatsoever (it was awesome) and i got my new one in less than 2 weeks (live Hawaii). great price (on sale) and love the steam feature...

My only problem has been washing rugs but I think it might of been because I didn't use the right setting. Not sure. I could never reach anyone at Best Buy service which was a real problem.
