This seems to be a good dryer but seems to take too long to dry clothes. Our dryer did not come in when it was supposed to and I was not called till that morning, had already sold our dryer. We asked to get it expedited for that weekend and I was told he would check with the supervisor and let me know, never got a call back. Good product and good stores but poor customer service

So far this dryer has met my expectations. Dries quickly and quietly.

A great compliment to the Samsung washer counterpart- it has all kinds of settings and controls on a touch interface, very nice features. The only bother is that when it's done it sings a tune for like a whole minute- I'm not sure how to make this shorter but I don't need that much alerting. Anyways, hasn't shrank any clothes yet so I'm pretty happy with it.

My wife is very pleased with the dryer. It preforms excellently.

I bought the washer and dryer together. They work great and they are a lot quieter than my old ones. They are a lot faster as well. I would however recommend getting the bases for these as well. The doors are very low.
