Goooooood one I would encourage anyone who needs a nice reliable dryer

This dryer is awesome. Tons of features and functions, wifi connection, you name it, it's got it. It's fairly quiet for a dryer too and does an excellent job getting things dry on just one cycle. If i had to give it any negatives, the wifi connection is lame. You can only check the cycle. You cannot stop and start it.

Love the dryer and ease of use. Love the gunmetal grey color too.

This dryer is a great product for a single story home where space is limited. It works very smoot and efficient. Really like it. The only problem I see is that in order to easy reach the door is need to buy a base drawer which since my point of view is an expensive one (250 dlls) with the only functionality of store things.

I am disappointed that the day it was installed, I tried to use it and it makes a very loud noise and did not dry my towels. The odd thing is one of the guys told me, if I had any problems with it or if it didn't work to call the store and they would probably replace it with a new one. I didn't think much of the comment, until I tried using it. It makes me wonder if they dropped it when taking it off the truck or bringing it up my stairs. I called Geek Squad the same day hoping it would be checked out or replaced within a couple of days, at most. Unfortunately, I have to wait another week just to have someone come out to investigate the noise. Most likely, I will have to wait another week or so for a replacement, as I suspect this dryer is damaged. It is a nice looking machine and I know Samsung makes quality merchandise, but I got a dud. If you plan to buy this product, I recommend trying it before Geek Squad leaves your home.

Purchased kitchen and laundry appliances to upgrade our home before selling. Loved all the Samsung units so much, that we purchased all of them again for our new home. Jeff, sales associate, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with on the purchases.

The washer and dryer are beautiful and work well. They do a great job and they are quiet when running. Installation was seamless. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

I have the accompanying washer so I really need this dryer. The dryer works fine so far. Although it was not as easy to move it as the other Korean brand as it did not have handles on its side as the other brand. One star off mainly for the store pick-up experience. The machine is only available in my region as open box. When I picked it up, it is missing one leg. I understand it is a display item, but it says "open box - excellent". According to bestbuy, "excellent" means no missing accessories. The store staff (manager?) told me that they can do nothing at that time (it was Saturday) and suggested I go back the next Monday to order a replacement part. I did not go back as the store is a 1-hour drive from my home. Right now, an old shoe served as a leg. I would hope the machine is accurately labelled as "very good", not "excellent" and at least I could order a replacement without another 2-hour drive.

This dryer is great and was the perfect fit for our family. Many thanks to our salesman, Meech, for helping us pick it out. Very user friendly and works great. Lots of features we have yet to take advantage of but very easy to use.

I am so thrilled with my new dryer! It dries our clothes so fast and leaves them soft and fresh. I love it! More importantly it’s easy to operate through the mobile device and sends a notification once it’s done.

Awesome, I bought washer and dryer as a gift to my daughter. She just purchased her first house and I was not able to be there during the install. Everything went smoothly and she absolutely loves them.

Easy to use, large capacity dryer! We love the matched set of Samsung washer/dryer. We didn't stack, they are side by side. They are deep, so make sure you have the space for them.

So far so good. I don't love the electronic buttons. It feels like it's not pushing down (sometimes have to really push it) and it feels like it could stop working at any time. I like the more clickable buttons.

So easy to use. I downloaded the app and fluffed up my clothes on the way home so I could hang them up right when I walked in. Able to dry bigger loads in this dryer and not have to worry about wrinkles.

I like the color and it compliments the washer I bought with it. It got notification thru samsung app and wifi (also for software updates) to alert us wherever we are in the house when the laundry is done.

I absolutely love this washer and dryer set! The Dryer has so many functions! Drys on the first cycle! Also its quiet I have it in the garage but its quiet.

Got the floor model, heavily discounted and could not be happier. This dryer is amazing!!! Even at full price, it is still worth every penny.
