I absolutely love this dryer It’s so easy to use. Dries 13 pairs of jeans in 30 minutes! Comforters, throw rugs, or any large load is no problem for this dryer!

This dryer is a great value for what you get. I've cut my dryer time in half from the larger loads and the fast dry time. All the functions are amazing and very easy to use.

This dryer is huge inside and gets a whole load dry and ready in half the time I would expect it to take with how much laundry you can fit in this thing! Only complaint is when you wash bedding it seems to get twisted up, even when I add tennis balls to it. Haven't looked into whether or not there is a solution to this or not. Just wanted to mention. Beside that one thing it is a GREAT dryer! PS: I love the stand it comes with to dry things that you don't want tumbling around inside there!!

Dryer works really well, has lot of options and its easy to use. The samsung smart care app is however only available for IPhone and some samsung android device which doesn't make sense, make it available on all the android phones.

Super efficient. Very quiet. Dries better than any dryer I had ever used. What used to take an hour now takes 30 mins. Very happy with it.

Wonderful. Lots of features. I have not used the steam setting yet, but excited for all the settings. Very quiet when it runs too.

Have both the washer and dryer and I'm very pleased with both. I tend to use the same cycle but it seems that no matter the size of the load it gets the job done in the allotted time. I also would suggest there's no need for fabric softener because clothes come out soft and wrinkle free every time. I've had the unit for almost 2 months so haven't seen 2 utility bills yet, but I replaced a set that was over 22 years old so I'm hoping to see an impact on the electric and water.

This dryer is great. Regardless of the time it thinks it'll take to dry your clothes, it has some good sensors and often is much shorter. Easy to use, although I still haven't figured out how to make my own settings. The cons: like all dryers, it doesn't sense wetness of bulky items that get all balled up on themselves very well (think mattress pads or big loads of only sheets). The other thing is that you have the choice of either complete silence or a very annoying song that plays every time you turn it on and loads are done. I'd prefer to have a third option of just a little beep. That said, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Love this dryer, almost no noise and the clothes come out great. Amazing options for the type of fabric.

Let ms start out by saying that I really like this drier. It's intuitive to use, the clothes come out very dry, the drier will spin the clothes intermittently if you don't pull the clothes right away (to keep them from getting wrinkled). I've been using this unit for about a month and I'm really happy with it. The only problem that I have with it is a user interaction design flaw. We have stacked this drier on top of the washer. So, the big draw back to me is that it's really hard to see the digital output of the drier. I'm 6'4" and I can't see the top of it. (My wife is 5'4" and have to go on faith that the right things have been chosen.) The better solution, in my mind, would be to have the control panel be "switchable" for if the drier is stacked or not. If the drier is stacked, put the panel below the door. If not, put it above the door. Outside of that, really happy with my purchase.

Love this new machine we purchased. Couldn't be happier with all the features it has although we do not "need" them all. Nice to have the options. Nice big capacity and runs quiet and does a great job.

Best Buy installed dryer and very happy with the product but the installers did not level the dryer and i can't do it myself not happy with that. The dryer works great though and would recommend the dryer. If you have them install it make sure to check if it is leveled and install correctly.

I've only begun to scratch the surface of the capabilities of this washer/dryer pair, and already they're the best I've ever interacted with. High volume capacity, many unique operating modes for all your special garments, and QUIET operation. Best appliance purchase I've made to date.

This dryer will handle a huge volume of clothes without leaving detergent spotting or a musty smell that I've encountered with other HE dryer. But I feel like I really have to mash on the buttons to get a response. My last Samsung HE dryer all you had to do was turn the dial and it would come to life. I miss that. But other than that it's an awesome, highly functional and handsome product

Got them for $400 off. Can fit a lot of clothes in a front loader. Can even wash my queen comforter in it! Some don't like front loaders because they smell, but the key is to always leave the door OPEN when not using it, otherwise it gets moldy smelling.
