Easy to order on-line and got a great sale price. Delivery and set-up crew was on-time, very friendly, and got the units installed and running in no time. The pedestals are pricey but well made and look great; definitely make a statement when installed. My clothes dry fast and are wrinkle free. The unit operates quietly, too. I replaced a Kenmore Elite unit (without steam) and this unit works way better than the Kenmore. You will love this dryer!

This is an excellent dryer. It holds a large amount of clothes and does a fantastic job. With all of the features it is still easy to use. Definitely recommend it.

Excellent dryer. We waited two years after buying the Samsung front load washer before buying this dryer. We are so sorry we waited. Clothes dry in 2/3 the time. Energy savings, clothes not being overheated. The dryer is so quiet and efficient with a wide variety of setting for various fabrics. I highly recommend this machine.

We purchased this dryer after reading a lot of reviews and because it was on sale. It is a good dryer for the price that we paid. The Steam function does not work as well as we anticipated, but it is ok. Dryer is relatively quiet. Our front clear plastic window cracked right down the middle. We are not sure if we bumped into it or leaned against it and caused it to crack. Reading reviews online, apparently this is not unusual, and we can purchase a replacement part online pretty easily. But, you would think the plastic window would be better designed and more sturdy.

Bought this in a set. It is very quiet and does the job. The steam feature on finer clothes has eliminated any ironing! Easy to use. The washer spins so well that we use half the energy to dry compared to our old dryer. BUY THE SET!

Great dryer. Quiet, plenty of programs, easy to operate, low consumption, steam, and something I really like: it senses your vent for obstructions. Samsung means quality and great design.

This was a great buy and works well. I was looking for a good washer and dryer since my 10 year old top load washing machine gave up on me. The Merlot color is an excellent blend and looks very nice and neat. So far no complaints Am loving the dryer rack as well Best Buy reps were awesome

Extremely happy with our purchase, the dryer is very rich is color! Much better than the traditional white! Would recommend the pedestals if you want the dryer to sit higher. All the settings and features the dryer offers are great!

Good drier. Less lint than in my old drier. Clothes are not overly dry. Easy to use. Like the light inside the drum. Don't like the steam option. When I put just one shirt to get rid of wrinkles it got soaked so I had to turn the regular drying cycle. Overall happy with the purchase.

Dries clothes very fast, and even has a setting for active wear, which is very quick and at a lower temperature. Also has a steam feature in case you forget about your work clothes on Monday Morning(guilty). Build quality is very good. Only had a few months but well worth the price.

Great Dryer. It drys clothes much quicker than my last dryer. Love that it does not have an annoying buzzer to signal when clothes are dry. It also is very quiet in operation.

Along with the washer of this model, this dryer is awesome! Much quieter than my Whirlpool, and uses less time to dry the same clothes used in my Whirlpool.

The set is easy to use and very quiet. The notification that your clothes are done is a bit extensive, I will have to look into changing that.

Dryer works very well. Steam feature is great for quick wrinkle release. Dryer shelf is good for shoes. Can dry many clothes quickly.

The steam dryer works fabulously! The dress shirts don't need any touch-up at all and look much better than they would coming out of my old dryer. I really love having the capability to dry at so many temperature levels and variations of how dry you want the clothes to get. Lint filter seems to catch pretty much all of the lint inside instead of half of it staying down inside like my old dryer. Can't think of anything I don't like about it!

First water bill with having this washer for a month and it has given us a $75.00 savings for a family of 4!!! I have noticed my electric bill go down as well! Makes laundry so much easier! You also will know how many minutes your load has left on the washer and dryer! Shoe rack is fabulous to dry those shoes without the clunk! No more laundry mats! Placed my king thick comforter in the wash, now I'll never have to pay someone to clean my comforters ! The steam clean is awesome as well no more dry cleaners too!! One stop shop. I couldn't be happier oh and the color :)

I bought this along with the matching washer. I stacked them and as I am 5.4 was concerned about being able to work and see controls. I was surprised to find that this was not an issue. There are so many settings for different types of load I have yet to try them all out. My drying time has decreased significantly and the clothes come out perfectly. I love this dryer.
