    While we haven't used the steam option, normal operation works fine. Looks great and dries the normal range of clothing no problems.

    Another quality Samsung product. This dryer heats fast. We rarely go past the medium heat setting because it can get hot enough to shrink clothes (found that out the hard way!). I was hoping that the steam cycle would get enough wrinkles out of my dress shirts that I wouldn't need to iron. I've not found as much benefit with this as I had hoped, but I will keep playing with this feature. Other than that, we are totally satisfied.

    We ended up with this model after the original model we ordered was placed on back order. Best Buy upgraded is for the inconvenience and we ended up with this one, and I'm glad we did! All the features and cycles are exactly what you would want. The only issue we have is the fact that the device feels a need to play a song on startup and when the cycle has finished, this can become incredibly annoying on a busy laundry day. Otherwise this has an excellent product.
