Again the installers were great, but best buy did not supply the cords which I paid for. Luckily, the intelligent installers used tubes from his truck. Both men went over and beyond.

Wish I could leave negative stars. I have had this washer for three years. Began to heard loud thumping and notice my clothes were getting torn up. When I look inside the drum was cracked and metal torn away. Upon further investigation I see this is rather common with this model.

It's been 8+ months that we have been using this dryer & so far no issue to report, things are going smoothly. The various drying options available are very handy when deciding what to do. It's very user friendly. Not too much loud either when in operation. Good product to invest your money.

Samsung earned my loyalty many years ago, they provide excellent products and this dryer is no exception. it is loaded with features and is easy to use.. so far it has been excellent, it is very quiet and efficient .

Although it is a little intimidating when you look at it and the manual is very thick, it really is easy to use and does and great job. I've not figured out how to do all the fancy stuff and haven't needed it yet, I'm satisfied with how well it does all the basics, but do have a little trouble with it getting the clothes completely dry on the sensor setting sometimes.

I bought this set knowing I was going to stack them. I measured the height and knew I could reach the key pad on the dryer. However, the panel has an upward bend to it that does make it hard for me to read the panel information (I'm 5'2"). Other than that, I love it! Excellent machines with excellent performance!

The dryer is very nice and quite. I have only had it a few weeks but I have had no issues with it. Just be sure to measure because they are big.

What doesn't this dryer do? It's quiet it DRYS clothes nothing damp nothing wet. Looks beautiful too.

We had a previous Samsung dryer and very much like the brand. We had no issues with last Samsung dryer owned for 8 years (moved and left unit with buyer) or this new one for the first two months of ownership. VRT+ is an upgrade from the VRT unit we had last time and runs pretty quite. Laundry shares a wall with kids room and is quiet enough to do laundry while others are sleeping. Dryer is very nice looking and although the black stainless shows most dust or lint, it is also very easy to wipe away and doesn't shows finger marks like regular stainless products. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that all the settings that aren't highest drying heat tend to leave clothes just slightly short of dry. While I realize the obviousness of that statement, we are trying to still find the balance of energy efficiency, not shrinking clothes, and drying temp. Would purchase again but for price I'd expect drying perfection.

This Samsung dryer is much quieter than the unit it replaced which is nice and it dries clothes so it checks all the boxes. I don't use any of the advanced functions, only the timed drying; I did try using the dryness sensor once or twice, but that feature doesn't really work and left the clothes damp so it was back to timed drying... I was also interested in using the side exhaust option, but the kit we purchased with the dryer in the bundle doesn't appear to be correct and the process to use the side exhaust looks more cumbersome and open to damage than I wanted to attempt for the couple inches it would save on the install which wasn't that important but I like to save space where I can.

I got the upgraded model which works rather well however I'm not sure what is the difference between this one and a cheaper model that looks exactly the same. In retrospect I would probably have gotten the cheaper one

Holds a ton of laundry. it's quiet, efficient and gets the clothes dry quickly. I have the 7500 series and it can dry clothes for my family of four.

This dryer has a sensor to detect moisture & actually works to get the job done! Has a shelf for drying the things I would usually need to try & hang up to line-dry or stuffed animals that have needed a good cleaning. No more hoping they get dry without molding because I can now control that problem with the shelf in the dryer. I haven't used the steam function yet but I'm sure it will come in handy at some point.

I really enjoy the option to see how long it will take to dry your clothes on a certain setting. Very quite and plays a little melody when the dryer is done.

We wash frequently and appreciated the all around great service from sales to delivery. We did purchase the 5 year warranty for general purpose issues for not being American made.

My original Samsung 9.4cuft dryer had issues under warranty. For some strange reason there were no repairmen in my area. Instead Samsung issued me a full refund (always keep your paperwork and receipts!). This dryer has all the same great features though a bit smaller - which hasn't been a problem. Actually a plus since it also qualifies for our power company's rebate.

This dryer is efficient and quite. It does a great job!
