I’ve had five sets of Samsung washer and dryers in my home each one either didn’t work or arrived damaged.

I have a family of 6 and all of my laundry loads are oversized! One thing to keep in mind, however, is that you will need to set the 'Dryness' setting as high as it will go every time you dry a big load. Otherwise it doesn't dry in the amount of time it should.

I purchased both and both are wonderful. However, the dryer doesn’t do good with towels unless it’s on the timed dry setting. The setting where it stops when it thinks the close are dry is not a good setting at all!

Heading Junk Pile After 5 years

Called Samsung, and they said the 1-year warranty was up. and beyond that call service. I paid over 1,000 for this dryer so horrible value. My previous Maytag dryer lasted 20 years.

I did use the 180 days at 0% financing which extremely easy to apply for and have approved. The washer and dryer were delivered within a week and installtion was efficient by real pro's.

The reason that we bought this is because my son has this kind of washer and dryer in his apartment .I was impressed with how fast and effective they were - they will cut your laundry time in half-

With bedding it takes sometimes 3+ times to dry a comforter that my old dryer would have dry in one cycle that is the only frustrating part of it.
