this was a great purchase for our large family we are able to do much larger loads. The dryer looks great in black color. I have not found use for the top trier at this point. Must say this dryer is larger and still drys faster then my GE did

Easy to use and smart capable also. Better than my old kenmore elite.

Dryer is good. Has worked well but top flex dry lid is not tight so it vibrates and makes annoying noise. Need to stick a rag under lid to dampen noise. We haven't used the steam and flex dry top section so don't know if good or not.

Samsung's doing great dryers. This one is amazing, my wife loves it.

My husband loves the machine. I could find him sitting in front of the washer and dryer watching them spin. They have very large capacity, and they make cute little sound. The washer same water by spraying a small amount of water at a time and spin to condense the clothes and stop the water when the clothes got submerged in water. You can also wash stuff that are hand wash. While the dryer machine can evaluate if the clothes are dry or not and stop earlier than the time it was set to save energy.

I bought this set without actually seeing it in person. It was also a special order so I had to wait 3 weeks before I could get it. I am so glad I did!! I& love that I can wash and dry 2 different items at once. I did add the 6” base and it’s the perfect height for me at 5’4

When I first ran this machine, it made a metallic sound as if there were coins inside the dryer. After two days, the noise completely went away. As far as it’s drying abilities, the clothes come out not as wrinkly as my previous Kenmore dryer. It’s pricey but I bought this as an open-box item so I saved at least $500.

This is a great washer for busy families. It allows you to do a large load while doing a quick load on top! Very easy to use.

I love this machine! It’s efficient and large so I can accommodate the large loads I need!

I contemplated getting a front loader, but do not regret my choice. The clothes are clean and always fresh smelling. And it’s a lovely touch to my newly renovated laundry room in my basement. It was on back order, but worth the wait.
