Love my washer and dryer. One thing I don’t like is the lint filter. It needs to be more user accessible.

This dryer ran for less than two years and then had an electrical problem at the plate where the electrical wires meet the power cord. The inside wire melted and became disconnected from the connection plate. Glad there wasn't a fire.

The dryer is great so far! It’s been a few weeks since Best Buy came out to install. It gets our clothes really dry and it’s super quiet - I was really surprised! Real nice, sheek design too!

My dryer is very efficient and nice looking. My clothes, towels, and bedding turn out nice and fluffy. Today, I dried 4 regular-sized pillows in it, and it handled them with ease.

Buy it! Huge dryer but space saver because it is stackable! Perfect for our small apartment. Also easy to use and most importantly such a pretty looking dryer!

It looks like a kid toy, not impressed with the overall quality. Retuned.

Not good, returned the dryer the day it was installed as the drum was clearly rubbing against the side wall of the unit and noisy. Upon inspection the sheet metal of the dryer didn’t line up on the front of the unit and was noticeably unbalanced on the sides, which I’m sure was a factor in the noisy function. Not sure how the unit passed any type of QC inspection at the factory. Very happy with the Whirlpool unit which replaced the Samsung.

Dries clothes quickly and very well. Plenty of settings to choose from and runs quietly. Best Buy installed thia dryer very quickly for us.

Dryer good. Install was inadequate because I was supposed to purchase beforehand a new stacker kit which notime was that mentioned as I was placing the order. I had to wait until later that day to contact the store and place order and reschedule the install. All of which was a major part of another day to devote to this. Tenants again would be inconvenienced. There was a stacking kit there and working well unattached to anything for last 14 years and BBuy had done a washer install abt 5 years ago and restacked. I got my contractor to find screws and attach to dryer and do the install that you were paid to do. That cost an additional 150$. i am considering dropping membership as these installs are not working smoothly as before.

Replaced our old Samsung when the board fried after 15 years. Easy installation (attached the power chord and exhaust myself in minutes) and it was up and running in no time. Smart dryer, sensor works well and a few more smart modes that we will probably use sparingly. But quiet, efficient and seemingly well built.

Very easy to use, but also, very quiet. Having replaced a washer/dryer that was easily over 20 years old, this efficient machine is great. It’s weird being an adult, I’ve never been more excited to do laundry.
