Love it. Runs smooth and quiet best purchase this year

Dryer time is great. I do wish the inside light was a bit brighter. The dryer lint basket is a bit difficult to open, I can see it breaking in the future just because of the function of the basket . Look at the lint basket, try the one on the floor to see if it is something that you can open. It is difficult for me. I am happy with the purchase. It sings when it is done.

From the moment of purchase, the staff was very friendly, as was the staff who brought it to the home, very friendly professionals with their work.

Buy it! Huge dryer but space saver because it is stackable! Perfect for our small apartment. Also easy to use and most importantly such a pretty looking dryer!

Disappointed it came complete with dents like maybe I got a floor model instead of new , who knows. And would have thought after purchasing I would have gotten my paper work on purchase of dryer and five year extra warranty

I wanted to give this high rating to make sure people saw this so they wouldn't be fooled by other people's high reviews. This is the second dryer that I've gotten from the Samsung stackable line that has had the same issue with heating elements and not stopping when it finishes the cycle. We bought this in November of 2024 on the 21st. The dryer encountered code 3C on May 16th 2025. After checking in the manual what this indicated, I checked the lint vent which was clean, and I checked the exhaust vent and tubing which was also clean. Just left a third issue being the board. I'm on my Best buy Total protection member, and when I contacted the toll free number, they said the trial was not currently covered under the 24 month plan because it was still under the manufacturer's warranty. When I contacted the manufacturer's warranty they stated that I would need to pay $350 because it was a part that was obsolete. When I told best behind they said there was nothing they could do. Highly frustrating experience, will never buy the Samsung Major appliance again.

I purchased the Samsung washer/dryer set and I am so satisfied. They have the classy look. I highly recommend purchasing.

Great service with the installation we love the washer and dryer

It's okay for the price but I'm not confident it's going to last more than a few years. From a looks perspective it's a 10! There are lots of cycles to choose from and it does a good job of sensing when the items are almost dry. I also love the blue lights and the little songs it plays. Yes, it's gimmicky but anything that brings enjoyment to a mundane chore is welcome! (FYI this takes a 4-prong plug)

My dryer is very efficient and nice looking. My clothes, towels, and bedding turn out nice and fluffy. Today, I dried 4 regular-sized pillows in it, and it handled them with ease.

Samsung washing machine is very large and hold lots of clothes. I think a smaller unit would of been better for my needs. Dryer does not get very hot.

Love my washer and dryer. One thing I don’t like is the lint filter. It needs to be more user accessible.

I have a serious problem because all my clothes and my family's clothes are stained with oil. I didn't know how clothes got stained until we put my son's uniform in the first wash and it came out with oil stains. Now I have a lot of clothes with oil stains.
