So far this unit has been working exceptionally well and doing a wonderful job for us. We purchased the accompanying dryer to complete the set and Best Buy delivered and set it up for us. A couple snafus during the ordering process and we got a faulty dryer the first time that needed exchanged but now they’re both working great. Best Buy handled the situation in what I felt to be an appropriate and fair way.

We have been using the Samsung washer and dryer for about two weeks now. They have been amazing. We are loving the 5cf capacity for the washer. Compared to our old one we are doing two loads at once. Clean clothes, quiet, and fast. No complains two weeks in

Love this dryer! and i love that you can stack it with the washer to save room in your home. If you do stack them - the special cord to make them communicate is essential. This dryer has the steam feature and a light in it when you open the door.

This washer is fantastic! We should've upgraded years ago! It is hooked to my smartphone too! Install the Smart Things app, and you are good to go! The wash is fast, and love the multiple settings!

I bought the set to replace my failing 11 year old Samsung washer and dryer. Im really hapoy with the upgrade. The only thing I wish it would do is allow me to start snd stop the washer and set schedules.

We have the entire Samsung suite and the wqsger and dryer just adds to the ease. Setting up cycles through the smart things app is super easy and they are incredibly quiet.

Very, very efficient and easy to use machine. I love the flexibility that I have to choose the type of fabrics that willl be cleaned and dried.

Brought dryer for kids to start learning to do laundry. Best investment, so easy to use, they love all the smart features. Money well spent

I have had this for about 2 years. No problems, easy to use and clean the lint trap. Only complaint is the the normal dry setting leaves clothes slightly damp.

Great unit. WiFi controls on app aren’t really necessary. Can’t start a load from the app or add options once started. Overall recommend!

After weeks of research online and offline, I decided to take the bold step to buy this washing machine and dryer, and so far I am.satisfied with it. The washing machine and dryer is all round cool and the wifi tech allow connectivity to your mobile device. I especially love the push notifications making it easy to monitor the washing and drying cycle. We are one month into the purchase and we are so thrilled about it. Lastly, the dryer is noiseless!!

Absolute love this dryer. Easy to use and does an amazing job! So far so good.

Very good dryer! Pretty confusing to learn how to use, but it has a good manual and you get used to the layout. Although it does stop often when it senses the clothes are dry, which is good, but also annoying when clothes get tangled or stuck in the middle and the dryer stops because it senses that everything is dry when it’s not. Besides that, it’s perfect!

I want to love it. It's gorgeous. But: 1. Don't buy a black appliance. It literally shows every speck of dust or lint and since it makes lint it is always covered. 2. The AI may be artificial but it is not intelligent. Worst dry sensing dryer I have ever owned. Literally NEVER completely dries clothes. Have resorted to just using the timed cycle now. 3. Every single setting you may want to change requires scrolling through a menu (and you might think the AI would learn your preferences, but it does not, and there is no way to just set what you want for each cycle, you have to fine tune the details every single time). Turns out just having all the option buttons readily available so you can quickly choose what you want is a much better design.

I love this dryer (and it’s companion washer). I have this dryer stacked on top of the washer. I am not that tall of an individual (5’8”) and I have no issue reaching the laundry, but I can barley read the controls on the dryer. Lucky I have the connector installed that allows me to control the dryer from the washing machine. If you don’t want to connect them, or don’t have the matching washing machine, you can also control the dryer from the SmartThings app. You can’t start it for the app, but that button is easy to see/reach. I have noticed that I have to select a higher dry setting than I did on my old dryer and usually have to move the setting up one from it default. For instance, the “Normal” setting has the dry setting to 3. If I leave it there, my shirts are still damp (washed a load with 6 shirts only). If I bump it up to 4, they are dry.
