Samsung washers have been very good to Mei, last one lasted 15 yrs. I do wish they would keep appliances little more simple lol. I am still on learning curve. I do wish I could use speed wash with more cycles. if I am understanding correctly, this option very limited to cycle you are using.

I just moved to my new home and I bought a Samsung bundle, bespoke refrigerator, washer and dryer. I really love my smart dryer specially its design and look. Even you can connect your dryer with Samsung Smart AI washer incase you are planning to stack make a smart cleaning tower.

The dial method for settings is for the birds. It first says optimizing AI, then clean the lint filter before you can even start making your settings. Then you don't know where your settings are because it changes them all the time by optimizing. If you have several people using the machine you never know where your settings are. I often find that my cloths are not as dry as I would like them. I have pajamas where one pair is a little thinker than the others. The think ones are never dry enough. There is this terrible long ring tone at the end that can not be changed. With wifi and all the bells and whistles you would think you could change the ring tone.

I’ve owned a Samsung washer and dryer before purchasing this one for almost 5 years. While still washing my clothes and coming out clean, the washer started making this terrible loud noise! I called a repair service and unfortunately they could not find the part! (I was really upset about that) I had said to myself that I was never going to purchase anything that was Samsung again! Anyways, I continued using it for while cuz like I said before, my clothes came out perfectly clean, but I could not stand that noise anymore, so I decided to purchase yet another Samsung Set again… YES A SET! Even though my dryer was perfectly working, I could not just buy the washer and have it not match my dryer! Anyways, I must say that I really do love this set and I’m hoping that if I ever need a part again, that Samsung will not disappoint!

Many great features. Love the steam dry option, dries really well. I also like that it keeps the clothes in the dryer until they are done dryer. The AI capabilities are great and I like the clean sleek look of the machine.

Not only is this dryer esthetically pleasing but I really love that it connects to the Samsung app. I get a notification when my laundry is done straight to my phone or I can start it from any where in the house.

Dryer works well and easy to hook up. The plastic feet cause it to move a lot on wood floors. If you connect it to Samsung Smarthings you get notifications, but you can change nor can modify the end of cycle sounds.

Bought the dryer and washer. Both are working well. Glad that we purchased them. I like the fact that they communicate with each other and the dryer dries your clothes based on how they were washed.

Awesome dryer. First dryer I've ever used that dries bedding on the first run. The Smartthings app makes running laundry convenient by notifying you when everything will be done. Great purchase.

Great machine! It is so quiet. Dries clothes very well. Many different settings available. Even comes with a shoe rack to dry shoes so they’re not bouncing around the dryer. Definitely recommend.

Would recommend this product to all. Works great. Need little time to understand the functionality, and once you do it’s a great product.

Been using the products from past 45 days and no issues so far. Easy to use, Product has lot of inbuilt controls and modes which are very helpful.

This was a great purchase. I also purchased the washer. I didn't know what to expect, but I am in love. Amazing! Smart technology!

I like the different preset modes for different loads, and additional features/options. It comes with an inner rack which allows you to put a piece of delicate clothing/or a pair of shoes without having them spinning all around which could damage both the clothings/shoes and the drum. I haven't yet tried the SmartThings app. It supposed to send you alerts when laundry is done. I guess that should be very helpful for those like me who is very forgetful. I often have to rerun the dryer for another 10 mins.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Dries things fast. Far and above the best money I've spent in a while. Well worth it.

Roomy and easy to use. Directions on the dryer is self explanatory and plays a nice tune once finished.
