Nice dryer. The best buy install could have been better. Also I really wished the web site would have offered me the steam kit while it was trying to sell me everything else. Didn't know the steam needed extra stuff so now I cant use that feature because i'm not paying for more install. After having it for a while seems to be making some bearing noise not a big deal I guess.

I like the SmartThings integration. Getting notified when the dryer is done is surprisingly useful. We did have a little bit of a learning curve when using the smart cycle selection with towels. The dryer seemed to think they were dry before we did. But it seems to be working now. The power cord was a bit short for our install location, but we worked that out pretty quickly.

Super silent operation, modern design, I got the combo washer dryer and very pleased with the overall performance.

We were please with the look and the functionality of the dryer. Allthough we tought it was noisier than our almost 10yo Samsung dryer we had until we replaced it with this one. Also, during 1 of the first week of using, we heard a loud clunk in the machine between 2 loads and the stopped heating. It eventually came back for some reasons but didn't feel like dealing with it since we bought it new. Best Buy Service did a superb job to organize return and pick up at home. I would give them a 5stars.

Really nice washing machine and dryer set. I had a little trouble getting them to fit so I had to change a few things in the area but now they fit nice they work good and have quite a few options. However I usually stick to the same 1. The app can come in handy and the song it plays when the cycle is over is probably about 2 minutes long. It does seem to take longer than my last dryer to dry things but maybe it's Me since this one actually times it and my old dryer did not.

This dryer is on point, with turbo dry and sensors to detect dryness level and save me gas and electricity expenses. It's also smart can connect to my phone, pretty cool. Another cool feature is the simplicity of the control panel, a single knob to guide you through all its settings and no buttons, just finger sensor pad, to power off/on, start/pause. One more thing, it is very quiet.

The dryer ia good. But you do need to learn to manage it the AI future is a hit or missed. Sometimes it stops the dryer and the clothes is not fully dry. If it didn't have that future the dryer would be a 5/5
