Complimented as the Tesla of washer and dryer. Touch control, aesthetically pleasing, and wifi enabled/smart dryer makes this appliance look and feel modern. This unit replaced a 7 year old Samsung dryer that wasn't broken, just old and looking for a new unit to replace it because of the washing machine that was paired with it was breaking down. The notification of time to completion of the drying cycle is a nice touch. The dry, spin, and temp is adjusted from 1 to 5. The normal drying cycle (dry 3) was enough to dry cloths such typical t shirts and shorts, but not enough for thicker material like heavier cotton sweatshirts. I'm lazy and just dry all my cloths together at 4. The lint filter removes more lint than the prior dryer.

Love it! I love that it has an app that I have on my phone to show me when my load is done drying. And it dryers the big blankets with ease one cycle.

We have had the samsung washer for awhile now and our old dryer finally stopped working so we got this one and it has been amazing easy to use easy to hook up and a fantastic device.

We love this product. Quiet and very efficient. We stacked it in top of the washer and bought the link (about $25) and have all the controls on the washer unit.

It probably is a good machine, but we bought an open box in satisfactory condition. It was wrapped when I picked it up so I couldn't see anything. When I got it home it was dented badly and scratched. I didn't really care as it would never be seen by anyone else. The 1st day was fine, the 2nd day it started making a grinding noise. Brought it back and bought a new samsung, a little different model. Love the newer one and even the older 1 we threw away was a samsung and we liked it. So, it probably is a good machine but, I really can't say.

Love it... It is quiet and get everything dried. I don't have to worry for cloths staying wet.

User friendly if you read the manual first. Can load comforters so a great choice.

I love the concept of this dryer. The eloquent controls, smart interactions with the matching Samsung washer, and integration with Smart Things are all great! But around a month in the dry detection sensor stopped working. So i could only do Timed Dry setting. If not for that I would give it 5 stars. Samsung did honor its warranty and is in the process of exchanging this dryer through Best Buy for a new one. Crossing fingers on this one.

Well this washer and dryer are perfect they work perfect together they fit great in our laundry room and they’re big enough to wash a CAL king Comforter, Best Buy consultant Frank set it up for delivery and install set up didn’t have to do anything the installer went through both of the washer and dryer to show me how to best use it. great purchase very happy

Received our new Samsung washer and dryer yesterday and did the first load of laundry.I must say it was so easy to use and did a fantastic job couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We also chose Best Buy installation. It was a very pleasant experience ,great job Thank you Best Buy .
