Returning was a hassle, it took 3 hours in store to return. The whole experience steered us away from re-purchasing a Samsung Washer and Dryer. Beside a gas valve connection issue inside the dryer, it worked great!

Not Excellent Condition, damaged

Upon finally connecting it and using it turns out that it has major dent on the side, esthetically I don’t care but the dent is significant enough that when used the drum significantly tubs against it. I don’t see how this will not cause the break down of the appliance down the road. Now I have to start getting creative of how to pull it out to fix it so it doesn’t cause issues. This is not how I would categorize “Excellent Condition”. Lesson learned

It was louder than my 10yr old dryer. They said call for a replacement. The second one was even worse, it made a horrible noise, louder than the first one. Now i'm without a dryer because the replacement is backorder for over one month. The delivery guys kinda pressure us and said will take your older washer & dryer which both was in working order away for free. Which wasn't even in the delivery order, now were without a dryer. Now we have to go to a laundry-mat to dry. Not happy with the delivery guys, not helpful & not very professional. I am a customer for over 20 years and alway buy my big item from BestBuy. I'm thinking next time I will buy from another store. Not a good experience.

Didn’t get a chance to really use it

I received it broken so I didn’t really get a chance to see how well it worked. As soon as the delivery guy/installer finished installing it there was a loud scraping and banging sound. And the dryer did not dry/heat up. I returned it and ended up getting a different dryer. I stayed with samsung but got a different newer model. Hope the new one is better.

Samsung not what it used to be

I used to like samsung appliances but quality and service has gone down drastically over the past 5 years.

Samsung can do better

I really think that it can be better. I wouldn't recommend this dryer unless you want to waste a lot of time drying.
